Saturday's Angels-White Sox game at Guaranteed Rate Field entered a rain delay with two outs in the top of the sixth inning.

The estimated return to play time is 6:05 p.m. CT.

The White Sox led the Angels 4-0 in a game that was played through consistent rainfall for the last inning and a half or so.

Tim Anderson got the Sox offense going with a leadoff home run in the first inning — on the first pitch he saw. It's the 15th leadoff homer of his career and eighth on the first pitch he saw.

Luis Robert extended the lead to 4-0 with a three-run homer in the fifth inning.

Sox starter Vince Velasquez, through 5 2/3 innings, held the Angels to four hits in a sharp outing.
