Yolmer Sanchez might just be on to something when it comes to celebratory Gatorade showers.
Following a Trayce Thompson walk-off home run in May, Sanchez stole the show in the White Sox home plate celebration. Rather than dump a Gatorade cooler on Thompson, the hero of the game, Yolmer hilariously dumped the cooler over himself.
As funny as that celebration was, Monday's White Sox win over the Tigers allowed Sanchez to up his game, if you will. With the team waiting for Matt Davidson at home plate following his walk-off home run, Sanchez dumped the cooler over himself while on a full-on sprint to join the celebration.
Never change, Yolmer, indeed.
