Robert Johnson hurt his knee on Sunday afternoon as Indiana lost to Ohio State in Columbus, and according to head coach Tom Crean, the injury was suffered when Johnson stepped on a folder that was on the floor underneath one of the baskets.

"[It was] a red folder or papers that were laying close enough to the court, that he slipped on,” Crean told reporters during Big Ten conference call on Monday. “They were just laying there when he finished his layup.”

Here are a pair of screengrabs of the incident:

Johnson, who starts for Indiana and averages 9.2 points and 2.5 assists, did return to the game in the first half but did not play in the second half. His status for Indiana’s game against Purdue is unclear.
