Summer highlights of Texas A&M commit Joseph Caldwell
With the loss of Avery Johnson Jr. (transferred to Alabama to play for his father) and grad student Anthony Collins having just one season of eligibility, how Texas A&M handles the point guard position will be critical for future seasons. The good news for the Aggie faithful is that head coach Billy Kennedy and his staff have addressed this issue, with Joseph Caldwell verbally committing to the SEC program earlier this year.
Not only does Caldwell give the Aggies additional depth at the position (Alex Robinson will be a junior in 2016-17), but he’s also regarded as one of the top passers in the Class of 2016. Courtside Films released Caldwell’s summer mixtape Saturday, and the highlights are entertaining to say the least.
