People often resort to strange acts when dealing with grief. We here at CFT understand that completely. But when you add in the fact that college football can consume far more emotional devotion than it rightfully deserves, you get, well, this:
An Arkansas woman singing “United We Stand” in what appears to be a dimly-lit room that may or may not symbolize the depths of sorrow Razorback fans feel after losing to Louisiana-Monroe 34-31 in overtime Saturday night.
We won’t even try to explain this, but with quarterback Tyler Wilson listed as day-to-day and running back Kody Walker out for the year, we understand turning to the power of song during hard times. Also, #pray4Arkansas.
Some Razorback fans not doing so well it seems.
