Updating previous updates without any new news to really update -- huh? -- the “other” top-rated 2009 recruit still unsigned remains uncertain as to where he will attend school this fall.According to Rivals.com via the Birmingham News, running back David Oku is still considering the same four schools -- Auburn, Syracuse, Tennessee and Ole Miss -- but simply can’t pull the trigger on a decision."It’s very hard. There are both pros and cons to all of the schools,” Oku told the website. “One minute I feel like I can commit to a school, and the next minute, I can’t."Oku and fellow RB Bryce Brown are the two “big-name” high schoolers who have yet to sign a letter of intent. And, while Brown and his camp have been villified in the press for the approach they’ve taken to the recruiting process, Oku has quietly flown under the radar relatively unscathed. There’s one big off-the-field difference between Oku and Brown, and that’s the word “perception”. I guess that’s what happens, though, when your “handler” doesn’t feel the need to seemingly make himself bigger than the player he’s charged with handling.
