Texas A&M puts up 42 points on Auburn in one half

Uh, whoops?

Much like Oregon’s win over Colorado earlier, No. 22 Texas A&M has taken a halftime lead that, barring a miracle of the most, um, miraculous circumstances, has all but officially ended tonight’s game against Auburn.

The Aggies are crushing the Tigers 42-7 at the half. Quarterback Johnny Manziel is back to his old self, having accounted for four touchdowns already.

Clint Moseley, making his third start for Auburn at QB, appeared to injure his left ankle and was relieved by Kiehl Frazier. It hasn’t made a difference since Auburn has less than 100 yards at the half.

It’s been a tough week for Auburn coach Gene Chizik when you combine the on-the-field struggles with the death of his mother. Unfortunately, college football is an unforgiving sport and the Aggies aren’t feeling gracious this evening.
