As is the case with every FanDuel Fades, we are going to look at some players who you should think twice about placing in your lineup or who you should avoid using entirely. Remember to check back on this page later in the day for confirmations on starting goalies and keep an eye on Rotoworld's daily blurbs for all your fantasy hockey needs.

Columbus, Arizona and Anaheim played Thursday night and may make goaltending changes on Friday.

Boone Jenner LW (Columbus) - $6,300

Jenner was impressive in a pair of games against Montreal prior to the All-Star break, but he has been quiet in his first two appearances this month. There are just three left wingers who are more expensive than Jenner on Friday night and he isn't worth that kind of investment.

Carl Hagelin LW (Pittsburgh) - $5,300

Hagelin has earned an assist in each of his last five games and he has been held off the scoresheet just one time since joining the Penguins. He has been seeing most of his ice time alongside Evgeni Malkin, who won't play Friday night because of a lower-body injury. Injuries to Malkin and Eric Fehr cuts into Pittsburgh's center depth and it will lead to plenty of ice time for Sidney Crosby's line. That waters down Hagelin's value.

Drew Stafford RW (Winnipeg) - $5,200

Stafford hasn't scored a goal since Jan. 5 and he has one assist in his last four outings. During his goalless drought, he has surpassed two fantasy points once (2.6) once in seven contests and he hasn't even posted one fantasy point in his past four.

Bryan Little C (Winnipeg) - $5,400

Little has been struggling which is why his price has become fairly cheap. He hasn't hit the scoresheet in his last five games and he has yielded negative points for FanDuel owners in three of those matches. Little has one goal in 15 games and his minus ratings have been killing whatever points he does contribute.

Shea Theodore D (Anaheim) - $3,700

When you look at fantasy points per game (2.2) and his cost, he looks like a great bargain, but he isn't even on the Ducks' roster right now. He was sent down to the minors prior to the All-Star break and he hasn't been brought back up. Don't waste a spot on him.
