I’m going to give you some fades as these players either should not be in your lineup or tread carefully if you want them on your FanDuel squad. We will also be updating the goaltending matchups at the bottom of t he column all season (up to the 7pm start times for most lineups) so check the column and Rotoworld’s daily blurbs for the latest updates.

Michal Neuvirth G (Philadelphia) - $8,600

The Flyers have won three in a row with Steve Mason after Neuvirth gave up four on March 3. While Neuvirth is slated to go on Saturday in the second game of a back-to-back, don't be surprised if Mason, who is coming off a shutout last night, gets the start again in Florida.

Keith Kinkaid(New Jersey) - $6,800

Kinkaid will make his third straight start as Cory Schneider is on the sidelines but the Kings could make life tough for the netminder. While Kinkaid had a shutout last game, he gave up six to the Penguins on Sunday. He has been inconsistent of late and I would look elsewhere at this time.

Alex Pietrangelo D (St. Louis) - $6,200

Pietrangelo came back strong after missing over three weeks with an injury as he had a goal and two assists in his first couple of games but he has reverted back to form of late as he has been held off the scoresheet in the three games since. He is the fifth highest valued blueliner and there are better options than him.

Ryan Ellis D (Nashville) - $4,700

Ellis has only one assist in his last six games so it's tough thinking that he is ready to break out at this time. The defenseman has gone eight of nine games as a plus rating with the other game an even rating but that's not a good basis for scoring in FanDuel fantasy.

Emerson Etem RW (Vancouver) - $3,100

I know that it's a low price but getting players at a low price who can do damage is the way to win in daily fantasy. The problem with Etem is that he has been dropped from the Daniel Sedin line as Jake Virtanen was there on Friday in practice. Virtanen is a great play tonight but not the former Duck and Ranger winger.

Jordan Eberle RW (Edmonton) -$6,200

Eberle has not picked up a point in his last four games and is no longer playing alongside Connor McDavid. He gets Ryan Nugent-Hopkins tonight as his pivot and while RNH is a nice player, he is no McDavid and is playing his first game after missing 10 with a broken finger.

Max Domi LW (Arizona) - $5,400

Domi has hit a bit of a wall with only three assists in past nine games that he has played. Domi is having a nice rookie campaign as he has 17 goals and 44 points but he is now seeing third line minutes with Shane Doan and Brad Richardson.

David Backes C (St. Louis) - $6,300

Backes has lost most of his fantasy value this season as he used to be one of the top fantasy players with his combination of scoring, plus/minus and penalty minutes. This season has been a big disappointment to his fantasy owners as he has only 17 goals and 37 points, a far cry from previous seasons. There are plenty of good centers and he has had only three multi-point games (all two point efforts) in his last 39 games. That's not a good recipe for winning FanDuel.

Mikko Koivu C (Minnesota) - $5,400

Koivu has three goals and four points in his last 10 games after picking up 12 goals and 42 points in his first 58 contests. There are plenty of good centers available at this time so it's a good idea to pick another pivot.
