FanDuel NBA Bargains: Monday

With 11 games on the slate on a busy Monday tonight, there is no shortage of value plays. We'll look at some of the best options on FanDuel.

As usual, DFS owners should closely monitor injury updates and lineup news until the moment lineups lock. The best place to do so is Rotoworld's player news and injury feed, where real-time news updates are accompanied by in-depth fantasy analysis.

Jordan Bell (PF, $3.9k) has been incredible in limited minutes this season. He's posting 1.3 FanDuel points per minute, which is 13th among qualifying players behind guys like Giannis, Harden, Embiid, Cousins, LeBron, Westbrook and Curry. Zaza Pachulia (sore left shoulder) could be rested tonight, and Bell's DFS upside has already been established -- he dropped 43.2 FDP vs. the Bulls in late November, and 32.8 FDP vs. Orlando on Friday.

Tyler Ulis (PG, $4.0k) is still really cheap. That's the starting point here. He costs less than Tim Frazier, Patty Mills or Andrew Harrison, and is just above Emmanuel Mudiay and Cory Joseph. Ulis hasn't been the most consistent option, but he has a few things going for him tonight -- Philly has given up the 10th-most value to PGs over the past month, and this game should have a blazingly fast pace. The over/under of 227.5 is easily the highest of the night, so I'll want exposure to the Suns/Sixers, and Ulis is a cheap way to achieve that.

The Hawks and Nets are playing the second half of home-and-home set, and Saturday's game in Brooklyn didn't provide much clarity for either team's rotation -- a total of 22 players took the court, and only four guys hit the 30-minute mark (DeMarre Carroll, Spencer Dinwiddie, Dennis Schroder and Kent Bazemore). Those players are a solid starting point for DFS value-seekers, but Ersan Ilyasova (PF, $5.6k) is also in a good spot due to the lack of healthy big men in Atlanta, even if his price-tag is too high to label as a clear 'value'.

At the other end of the spectrum, I'll be betting on Trevor Booker (PF, $4.4k) to recover from a horrendous game on Saturday -- he failed to score with just one rebound and one assist in 15 minutes. The return of Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (PF, $7.3k) is an issue, but Booker only needs 22.0 FanDuel points to hit 5x value.

E'Twaun Moore (SG, $4.0k) has been a welcome surprise recently, averaging 14.5 points over the Pelicans' past four games. That's based on ridiculous shooting, including a 12-of-19 mark from downtown (63.2%), but I'm encouraged by the sheer volume -- Moore has played at least 35 minutes in each of New Orleans' past two games. He's not a great per-minute guy, typically, but Moore's extremely low price gives him a lot of room for error tonight.
