We have a solid six-game slate tonight as we kick off the weekend. The Chicago Blackhawks are the only huge favorite and you will want to invest in them heavily in all formats this evening. For the first time in a while, we don’t have any teams playing on consecutive nights.

GOALTENDERS

Make sure to check the RotoGrinders NHL Starting Goalies Page to confirm that the goalies listed below are starting prior to game time.

Tuukka Rask, Boston Bruins, $8,600 - If you want to lock up a win with zero risk, Corey Crawford is your guy, however I think we can save some salary and go with Tuukka Rask as our cash game goalie. Rask has been outstanding recently and the New Jersey Devils don’t pose much of an offensive threat. The Boston Bruins have really tightened things up defensively and I can’t see the Devils’ punchless offense doing much damage tonight. He may not see a ton of shots, but Rask will come away with the win.

Other Goalies To Target (Cash Games) – Corey Crawford, Pekka Rinne, Ben Bishop

Other Goalies To Target (Tournaments) – Cory Schneider, Semyon Varlamov, Eddie Lack, Cam Talbot

CENTERS

Patrice Bergeron, Boston Bruins, $7,500 - The Boston Bruins have really turned the corner after a bad start and they own one of the best road records (11-3-2) in hockey.  Bergeron has been the Bruins’ top scoring threat all season and he is extremely consistent. The Bruins leader has multi-point performances in two of his last three games and he has multi-point upside again tonight.

Other Centers to Target (Cash Games) – Steven Stamkos, Jonathan Toews, Paul Stastny, Eric Staal, Ryan Getzlaf, Artem Anisimov, Leon Draisaitl

Other Centers to Target (Tournaments) – Tyler Johnson, Nathan MacKinnon, Ryan Spooner, Travis Zajac, Valtteri Filppula, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

WINGERS

Vladimir Tarasenko, St. Louis Blues, $9,000 - Regardless of his opponent or what line he is currently playing on, Tarasenko simply produces. The Russian superstar is riding a three-game point streak and he has been a cash game stud all season long. Play Tarasenko with confidence this evening.

Nikita Kucherov, Tampa Bay Lightning, $6,800 - The Edmonton Oilers are another team that we can pick on this evening. The Oilers continue to struggle in the defensive zone, which has resulted in them allowing the fourth-most goals against per game this year. Kucherov has registered points in eight of his last nine games and he should easily find the score-sheet again tonight.

Artemi Panarin, Chicago Blackhawks, $6,300 - I absolutely love Patrick Kane tonight, however if you can’t squeeze him into your lineup, Panarin is a great way to get exposure to him. Panarin has been on fire with back-to-back multi-goal games and he has huge upside again tonight in this plus matchup on home ice.

Other Wingers to Target (Cash Games) – Patrick Kane, Taylor Hall, Filip Forsberg, Loui Eriksson, Alexander Steen, James Neal, Corey Perry

Other Wingers to Target (Tournaments) – Jeff Skinner, Gabriel Landeskog, Teddy Purcell, Kyle Palmieri, Elias Lindholm, Jordan Eberle, Troy Brouwer, Rickard Rakell

DEFENSEMEN

Justin Faulk, Carolina Hurricanes, $6,200 - The Columbus Blue Jackets remain one of the National Hockey League’s worst defensive teams. Until they get Sergei Bobrovsky back in net, we can expect subpar goaltending from their back-up netminders.  Faulk has been one of the game’s most productive offensive defenseman this year (14 G, 30 PTS, 121 SOG, 41 GP) and I love his potential in this matchup.

Other Defensemen to Target (Cash Games) – Shea Weber, Duncan Keith, Kevin Shattenkirk, Torey Krug, Anton Stralman

Other Defensemen to Target (Tournaments) – Victor Hedman, Tyson Barrie, Andrej Sekera, Noah Hanifin, Brad Hunt, Shea Theodore
