Connor Hellebuyck G (Winnipeg) - $7,900 FanDuel, $8,200 DraftKings
The Jets are at home to Ottawa who scored six times on Friday but scored only nine goals in their previous seven games prior to Friday. Hellebuyck is having a fine season with a 14-2-3 record to go with a 2.43 GAA and a .923 save percentage. He has been average in his last three games at best but playing versus the Senators should solve that.
John Klingberg D (Dallas) - $5,500 FanDuel, $5,800 DraftKings
The Stars are facing backup Colorado goaltender Jonathan Bernier so they could be in line to tinkle the twine a few times on Sunday. Klingberg had an off-year in 2016-17 but has come back with a vengeance as he has four goals and 22 points in 26 games.
Shea Theodore D (Vegas) - $3,500 FanDuel, $4,000 DraftKings
Theodore has a goal and five points in 11 games since his recall from the minors as the Golden Knights have plenty of depth on their blueline. The talented blueliner is a cheap addition to your DFS team and you get the Knights quarterback of their first power play unit to boot. A great value pick on Sunday.
Nathan MacKinnon C (Colorado) - $6,700 FanDuel, $6,800 DraftKings
MacKinnon was the NHL’s first star for the month of November and deservedly so with five goals and 20 points in only 12 games. The Avalanche had him as their only untouchable player in the off-season and he is certainly showing why in 2017-18 with 28 points in 24 contests.
Jonathan Marchessault W (Vegas) - $6,400 FanDuel, $6,600 DraftKings
One of the hottest scorers of late, Marchessault has four goals and 11 points in his last six games and is now second to William Karlsson in points on the Golden Knights with 23, one behind Karlsson. Marchessault has played three less games than the Swede and gets first line power play time with Erik Haula, James Neal, Brandon Leipsic and Shea Theodore.
Kyle Connor W (Winnipeg) - $4,500 FanDuel, $5,200 DraftKings
Always a favorite of mine, especially in FanDuel as he seems to be highly undervalued. Connor gets first line action with Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler, two of the best in the NHL at this time and Connor, a first round pick in 2015, is no slouch either. He has nine goals and 17 points in 21 games with a couple of power play goals. The rookie of the year has many contenders and Connor is near or at the top of most lists.
