Hello everyone! We have a split slate in midweek here so I’ll be very brief with the required information and get you all covered for Tuesday’s matches. I’ll be once again covering the slate over on DraftKings. The slate this week is a very weak one, especially on Tuesday, and there aren’t many options to go around. The games are:
Sunderland – Crystal Palace
Norwich City – Chelsea
Aston Villa – Everton
Bournemouth – Southampton
Leicester City – West Brom
Let’s get to the charts!
Goalkeepers
DraftKings
*Should read Schmeichel
With the Leicester City game being the most one-sided affair, Schmeichel has the highest odds of a win-to-nil. That’s not surprising at all, but DraftKings new this and priced him accordingly. Despite the high price, I don’t mind rostering Schmeichel in cash games. He is safe and is a big favorite for at least a win. Use him if you can afford him.
After him, it’s either Joel Robles or Thibaut Courtois. Both players are playing away from home but both have fantastic matchup, making them tough to predict. From a pure chances and pricing standpoint, Robles and Courtois are favored on DraftKings over Schmeichel, but I think all three are viable options. From the cheap crew, Boruc makes the most sense.
Strikers
DraftKings
This looks wildly familiar to last week, except this time the man on top is Diego Costa. Costa is questionable for this match, which could obviously change things, but the sports books like him the most for GPPs. In cash games, the right strategy is likely to pay up for Jamie Vardy, who plays at home, and then employ a cheap second striker.
I’ll leave you with that for this week!
Good luck!
