It’s a seven-game evening in the NBA this Monday, offering more than enough DFS value. From guys you almost must target to potential punt plays, we're here to break down the biggest values to be found. Let's start with a quick look at Vegas' expectations for today’s slate.

FanDuel/DraftKings Bargains

Alex Len (C, $3.7k FanDuel … C, $4.0k DraftKings) – This goes against some of my most natural instincts for DFS. Playing Len means you’re chasing an unreliable player after two hot games (45.5 fantasy points on Friday, 47.8 on Sunday), against a stingy opponent in Miami, and despite the fact that he’ll have very high ownership tonight. Len is on the injury report but he’s probable with a minor knee injury and should have safe minutes with John Collins (illness) doubtful to return.

Derrick White (PG, $6.2k FanDuel … PG/SG, $4.9k DraftKings) – White’s price edged up by just $200 on both sites prior to Monday’s game, but that’s negligible. He’s finally over the right heel/fasciitis issue that forced him to miss an extended stretch and looks healthy – in the past three games he’s averaging 12.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.3 blocks, while shooting 50% from the field and 100% from the line. The Nuggets have been stingy for DFS the past few weeks, but this is still a decent matchup for sheer volume – it features the third-highest over/under and should be a close one, with the Spurs favored by just a point. With few strong alternatives among mid-range PGs, I plan to have plenty of D-White tonight.

Alex Poythress (PF, $3.5k FanDuel … SF/PF, $3.4k DraftKings) – John Collins has missed three straight games with an illness, and the Hawks are also without Omari Spellman (ankle) and Taurean Prince (personal). Collins is again listed as ‘doubtful’ which opens things up for Poythress, who was solid on Sunday with 25.5 FanDuel points in 26 minutes of action. As mentioned above, the Hawks get a bad DFS matchup vs. the Heat tonight and they have the lowest expected over/under of the evening.

Mikal Bridges (SF, $5.2k FanDuel … SG/SF, $3.8k DraftKings) – That price on DraftKings is particularly alluring. In fact, if you toss out a pair of lousy games on either side of the All-Star break, Bridges is averaging 28.3 fantasy points in his past dozen games. T.J. Warren (sore ankle) has been ruled out again on Monday and there’s no reason to think Bridges won’t flirt with 30 minutes in a strong matchup. This game has a sky-high over/under, and even if it’s a blowout that won’t prevent Bridges from getting his playing time.

Cheick Diallo (PF, $4.8k FanDuel … PF/C, $4.1k DraftKings) – Diallo is a terrific bargain tonight even in a poor matchup vs. Utah’s defense. He’s hit a minimum of 31.5 fantasy points in four of his past six games, despite playing limited minutes, and could soak up extra minutes tonight with Anthony David (illness) questionable and Jahlil Okafor (ankle) doubtful. His floor is safe, and his ceiling is in the 35+ range, so don’t hesitate to stock up on him tonight. Cheick, please.
