This article aims to highlight some of the best NBA DFS Plays at every position for your FanDuel and DraftKings lineups. Keep in mind that the following player write-ups were constructed earlier in the day, and sometimes injury/rest situations can alter the fantasy landscape. Monitoring our NBA News & Headlines Feed throughout the day will keep you in the loop while giving you the subsequent DFS consequences of each information piece.

POINT GUARD

Jamal Murray – Denver (at Atlanta)

Jamal Murray has been thriving with Gary Harris sidelined. In two games with Harris out, Murray has posted 50 and 42 fantasy points respectively at Orlando and Charlotte. The road trip will continue at Atlanta tonight, who ranks 28th in defensive efficiency vs opposing point guards, first in pace, and dead last in team d-eff. Harris is highly questionable for this game, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes a seat yet again. That would open the door for Murray to take advantage of this elite draw.

Also Consider: Emmanuel Mudiay, Tomas Satoransky (if Wall out)

SHOOTING GUARD

Alec Burks – Cleveland (vs Washington)

Speaking from a fantasy perspective, Burks has been unleashed since the recent trade to Cleveland. He is averaging 27 minutes and 27 fantasy points over his past five games for the Cavaliers. On top of that, Burks is brimming with confidence following a sweet 45 FP effort in 37 minutes vs Sacramento last night. Perhaps that will give him some extra minutes with the green light moving forward. Either way, Burks is still way too cheap on both sites at $4000 on FanDuel and $3900 on DraftKings. The matchup isn’t bad either in a competitive home draw vs a Washington team that ranks 26th in overall defensive efficiency.

Also Consider: Bradley Beal, Jordan Clarkson, Austin Rivers (if Wall out)

SMALL FORWARD

Juancho Hernangomez – Denver (at Atlanta)

Hernangomez has been seeing steady playing time with 28+ minutes in 12 of his past 13 games. That has become more stable around the 36 minute level over the past two games with Gary Harris out. In addition to that, it appears that Paul Millsap will miss some time moving forward, which thins the Denver rotation even more. As mentioned earlier, Gary Harris is highly questionable tonight, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he misses a third straight game. If he’s out, Hernangomez can be safely fired up through all formats on both sites. His current price ($5000 on FD, $4300 on DK) has yet to account for a larger role. The matchup against a fast-paced Atlanta team that has one of the worst defenses helps the cause as well.

Also Consider: Otto Porter Jr, Justise Winslow

POWER FORWARD

Bam Adebayo – Miami (at LA Clippers)

Adebayo was the featured pick in yesterday’s NBA DFS Bargains column, and he didn’t disappoint with a strong 22 point 10 rebound performance good for 43 fantasy points (in 32 minutes). Hassan Whiteside will continue to miss time on this road trip, so Bam will remain in that expanded role. He’s only $5500 on FanDuel and $5400 on DraftKings, creating an excellent value situation through all formats. The matchup looks good tonight against a Clippers team that ranks 23rd in defensive efficiency vs opposing power forwards and 24th vs centers.

Also Consider: John Collins, Noah Vonleh, Trey Lyles

CENTER

Nikola Jokic – Denver (at Atlanta)

You could roster four Nuggets in the same lineup and feel good about it tonight. Gary Harris is highly questionable and Paul Millsap is doubtful, which opens up enough minutes and usage for guys like Murray, Hernangomez, Lyels, and Jokic to all record efficient fantasy performances. An ideal situation against the worst defense in the league (Atlanta) doesn’t hurt either. The Hawks also play at the fastest pace in the NBA, so each of these Denver players could be seeing more possessions than usual. Jokic will look to pick up the frontcourt slack vacated by Millsap, and this is a beautiful matchup for him to go off for 60+ fantasy points. There’s enough value to make him work in your lineup, and that strategy comes highly recommended.

Also Consider: Karl-Anthony Towns, Jarrett Allen
