Point Guard

Jamal Murray - Denver Nuggets (vs. New York Knicks)

Elfrid Payton has a tough matchup tonight against Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets. Even without Michael Porter Jr., the Nuggets are still favored by - 6 with a 214 O/U. If you think Murray gets the better of this matchup, you should also invest in RJ Barrett in the same lineup! If Payton can’t get the job done, New York’s starting unit fall back plan is isolating Barrett. Payton has been impressive so far this season but realistically, Murray has the advantage in this matchup. Murray has averaged 33.8 DK points per game so far this season. With that said, his ceiling is significantly higher than other guards in his salary range. GPP play with safety, can we ask for anything more? Make sure to roster Barrett alongside Murray.

Other PG Option: Austin Rivers - New York Knicks (vs. Denver Nuggets)

Make sure to check the Rotoworld NBA Optimizer before lock! Here you will find the top plays paired with accurate projections which will help you create your lineup!

Shooting Guard

Aaron Nesmith - Boston Celtics (vs. Miami Heat)

*Game Canceled*

With the entire Celtics starting lineup out tonight (rest), we have some major value plays in Boston. These value plays include Pritchard, Nesmith, and Edwards. All three of these youngsters have massive potential. They will put up some points tonight. I’d stick to investing in two out of the three as it will be tough for all of them to eat. Can they beat the Heat? Possibly! The spread is looking good to me with the Celtics at +9.5 but the money line is also appealing at +460. Miami is on a back to back.

Other SG Option: Shai Gilgeous - Alexander - Oklahoma City Thunder (vs. Brooklyn Nets)

Small Forward

RJ Barrett - New York Knicks (vs. Denver Nuggets)

As I mentioned above, Jamal Murray should have an advantage over Elfrid Payton. This leaves the Knicks with the talented RJ Barrett attacking Will Barton, which in my opinion is the best way to attack this Denver defense anyway. Julius Randle also becomes a viable play in the narrative where Murray limits Payton’s production. Austin Rivers could potentially see a usage uptick as well (assuming Payton is overmatched).

Other SF Option: Carsen Edwards - Boston Celtics (vs. Miami Heat) *Game Canceled*

Power Forward

Kevin Durant - Brooklyn Nets (vs. Oklahoma City Thunder)

With Kyrie Irving still OUT and Kevin Durant returning to the lineup, you must invest in either Durant or Caris LeVert on tonight’s small six-game slate. The Nets are favored by 9.5 points with a 222.5 O/U. Brooklyn should be able to score at will tonight against a Thunder team that defends well but are no match for the duo of Durant and Levert. With Irving OUT, usage will undoubtedly shift towards Brooklyn’s two major scorers. Lock in Durant and Levert for your piece of the Nets offense tonight.

Other PF Option: Julius Randle - New York Knicks (vs. Denver Nuggets)

Nikola Jokic - Denver Nuggets (vs. New York Knicks)

The Knicks are allowing 10.9 offensive rebounds per game (4th highest in the NBA). They also allow 6.3 blocks per game (2nd highest in the NBA). Jokic’s matchup with Mitchell Robinson is a joke. The Joker is 7’0 284 lbs. Robinson is 7’0 240 lbs. The Joker will eat tonight in a Denver victory. My GPP Play of the Night.

Other C Option: Nerlens Noel - New York Knicks (vs. Denver Nuggets)

Bargain Bin

PG Payton Pritchard *Game Canceled*

SG Reggie Bullock

SF Will Barton *hedge off Barrett*

PF Juancho Hernangomez

C Ed Davis
