DRAFT is back for another season of quick and exciting daily fantasy action. Their DFS platform offers poolies with a chance to participate in a format that most of us have grown very accustomed to over the years. You can compete in a live snake draft in which the participants take a player with each pick. Unlike other DFS games, this gives you the opportunity to use your knowledge to craft a team that no one else will have because the players you select cannot be chosen by your competition.

The draft is quick as you are allotted just 30 seconds per pick and you take five players. Your team is comprised of three forwards, a defenseman and a goalie.

Your strategy can be dictated by the positions being selected ahead of you. For instance, if you are going last and everyone else has a goaltender then you can wait until your last pick to make that selection. Of course, selecting players going up against weaker competition or players who are riding hot streaks are always popular strategies as well.

Editor's Note: If you love Fantasy Football you have to be playing on DRAFT. It's daily fantasy football snake drafts instead of salary caps. All the fun of season long drafts but with no management and they last for just one week. They take minutes to complete and there's even auction drafts! No more setting lineups or constantly worrying about pros, just draft and win! Right now DRAFT is giving Rotoworld readers an exclusive FREE entry into a real money draft when you make your first deposit! Here's the link

Remember, there are new pools available to play in but the players in my rankings will fall off the table as soon as the puck drops in their respective game.

Familiarize yourself with the rues and enjoy! It’s a great game! Tuesday’s 8-game slate features eight-person, six-person and plenty of three-person drafts. There are also head-to-heads and Dream Team formats to participate in.

Forward Rankings:

The top line of the Stars has been firing on all cylinders despite Monday’s setback against Ottawa. New Jersey has allowed just four goals against in three games, but Dallas has the firepower to break through. There’s plenty of upside for offense in the Panther-Flyers game, while Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay and Winnipeg could fill the net as well Tuesday night.

Defense Rankings:

Letang has enjoyed a fantastic start to the season with three goals and three assists in four games. Klingberg has been productive as well and either one of them would be the ideal selection. There isn’t much separation after that, especially beyond Gostisbehere and Hedman. Morrissey becomes an attractive pick if you decide to wait for a defender and if Dustin Byfuglien remains sidelined by an upper-body injury.

Goaltender Rankings:

Hellebuyck went 3-0 against Edmonton last season with a 1.67 goals-against average, a .949 save percentage and one shutout. Dubnyk will face the low-scoring Coyotes and has played well this year despite having one victory in four previous starts (1-1-2). Fleury was defeated by Buffalo a little over a week ago, but he is coming off a shutout win. DeSmith is starting again and he will have value against a banged up Canucks team. Khudobin played well versus the Devils last year with a 2-0 record, a .938 save percentage and 2.40 goals-against average when he played for Boston. He could be an under-the-radar selection in deeper pools if he starts the second game of Dallas’ back-to-back situation.  Domingue, who will start for Tampa Bay, could get you victory against Carolina, but he is a risky play statistically.  Kinkaid just missed the cut, but he has been hot out of the gate and that success could continue.
