Perron will likely force Steve Downie down to the third line. The loss of Pascal Dupuis for the rest of the season with a blood clot in his lung, put the Penguins in a tough position but the acquisition of Perron will certainly help.
Pick up Perron in your fantasy pool if he is still available. Meanwhile, the Oilers will continue to re-build for the 10th straight year.
