For the first time, HBO’s popular Hard Knocks NFL reality series could feature two teams, according to reports from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. And those betting on the NFL odds should take notice.

The Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers (who will share the new SoFi Stadium in 2020) are the two franchises rumored to be featured on Hard Knocks, which profiles the preseason process of NFL teams and gives viewers an inside look at front office politcs, locker room atmosphere, as well as practice and on-field action. Of course, this depends heavily on if the NFL goes forward with the preseason as scheduled and doesn't delay those plans due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has shutdown North American sports.

In the past, NFL pointspread results have varied for those teams featured on the show, both in the preseason (while HBO is filming) and in the regular season. Overall, the 14 Hard Knocks teams have a 25-30 ATS mark in the preseason and a 107-113-6 ATS regular season record.

Last year, the Oakland Raiders (now Las Vegas) were the featured team on Hard Knocks 2019 and went a perfect 4-0 against the spread in the preseason (3-1 SU) and 8-8 ATS in the regular season. The year before that, the Cleveland Browns posted a 3-1 ATS mark during the preseason schedule and finished 10-6 ATS during the 2018 NFL regular season.

However, the previous 12 teams featured on Hard Knocks (2001, 2002, 2007-2010, 2012-2017) have a collective 89-97-6 ATS regular season mark (covering just 48 percent of the time) and an 18-29 ATS clip in the exhibition games (38 percent).

Here's a look at every NFL team featured on HBO Hard Knocks and their results against the NFL odds that season:
