Henrik Stenson (11,900): The class of the field. I have a lot of salary to spend on FD this week so it's easy to plug in the stars at the top.

Bud Cauley (9700): Missed the cut here in 2017 but owns finishes of T8, T16, and T8 in his other three visits.

Harry Higgs (8600): The SMU product is no stranger to Texas conditions. He has a pair of top 25s already this season.

Cole Hammer (7100): The Houston native is still an amateur but has all the tools to be a star on the big stage. Im thinking it's sooner rather than later for the youngster.

Scottie Scheffler (10800): The young Dallas native took the Korn Ferry Tour by storm last year and already has a pair of top 20s this season.

Daniel Berger (11,000): Hasn't strung together four great rounds in a while but he's getting close and has more than his share of success in Houston.

Doc Redman (7200) - A ball-striking machine, he's gained strokes off-the-tee in 14-of-15 measured TOUR events.

Harry Higgs (7400) - The SMU product should be comfortable in Texas. Has alternated top 25s with MCs to start the season.

Scottie Scheffler (9900) - The Korn Ferry Tour Rookie of the Year and Player of the Year. Opened with back-to-back top 20s this season before a poor weekend set him back last week in Vegas.

Daniel Berger (10400) - Flirting with a big finish so a comfortable course could finally push him back into the top 10. Boog has gained at least 5 strokes tee-to-green in each of his four starts here.

Roger Sloan (7200) - He's boom or bust but I'll take a flyer on him as he went to UTEP and resides in Houston.

Tom Lewis (7500) - The Englishman is easily a top-20 golfer in this week's field but he's not priced like it.

Scottie Scheffler (43): The Texan brings power and precision to the table, gaining strokes off-the-tee in eight straight measured TOUR events.

D.J. Trahan (20): Slowed his pace at the end of last season but has gained strokes in each of his first two starts of the season, even if he did miss the cut in one of them. The results are close, and he's cheap.

Xinjun Zhang (33): Found some remarkable consistency on the Korn Ferry circuit and has continued to shine with back-to-back top 20s entering the week.

Bud Cauley (34): He's bagged three top 20s in four tries in Houston.

Sebastian Munoz (37): Riding the hot hand of recent winner who is not showing any signs of slowing down just yet.

Lanto Griffin (30): One of the hottest golfers across tours since his win on the Korn Ferry Tour earlier this year.
