A big week for Pavel Datsyuk

A couple of notes for your interest.

 

The New Jersey Devils have scored all five of their goals on the power play since the All-Star break.

 

Pavel Datsyuk scored four times this week while Alex Ovechkin and Patrick Eaves scored three times.

 

Erik Karlsson had four assists.

Corey Perry:  13 points in 152:16 minutes of power play time.

Sami Vatanen: 10 points in 151:15.

Ryan Getzlaf: 11 points in 141:15.

Cam Fowler: 7 points in 121:54.

Rickard Rakell: 5 points in 118:54.

Ryan Kesler: 11 points in 116:19.

 

The Ducks were 2-11 this week and are 28-154 on the season. Getzlaf and Rickard Rakell scored with Vatanen assisting on both. Fowler and Perry also assisted.

 

ARIZONA

Oliver Ekman-Larsson: 22 points in 296:09 minutes of power play time.

Mikkel Boedker: 18 points in 2491:32.

Max Domi: 12 points in 165:36.

Anthony Duclair: 8 points in 160:33.

Antoine Vermette: 10 points in 152:42.

Tobias Rieder: 7 points in 151:55.

 

The Coyotes were 4-14 this week and are 39-208 on the season. Ekman-Larsson was in on three with a goal and two assists while Duclair and Shane Doan also scored and added an assist. Martin Hanzal finished the goal scoring with Michael Stone, Domi and Boedker picking up assists.

 

BOSTON

Torey Krug:  11 points in 179:14 minutes of power play time.

Ryan Spooner: 14 points in 164:41.

Loui Eriksson: 12 points in 158:51.

Patrice Bergeron: 20 points in 158:40.

David Krejci: 12 points in 148:24.

The Bruins were 1-14 this week and are 36-159 in 2015-16. Brad Marchand scored with Chara and Matt Beleskey setting him up.

The Wild were 2-13 this week and are 29-167 on the season. Suter and Koivu scored with Matt Dumba and Parise each setting up both goals. Dumba has led the Wild in pp TOI in each of the last two weeks.

 

MONTREAL

Andrei Markov: 13 points in 188:59.

Max Pacioretty: 12 points in 176:07.

Tomas Plekanec: 11 points in 157:57.

Alex Galchenyuk: 13 points in 145:53.

David Desharnais: 5 points in 131:39.

 

The Canadiens were 2-5 this week and are 35-188 this season.  Galchenyuk scored both goals with Markov assisting on both. Subban and Desharnais also had assists.

 

NASHVILLE

Shea Weber: 20 points in 178:32.

James Neal: 10 points in 172:48.

Ryan Johansen: 18 points in 167:47.

Mike Ribeiro: 11 points in 160:18.

The Predators were 3-11 this week and are 37-185 this season. Neal, Weber and Forsberg scored with Ribeiro setting up a pair. Johansen, Mattias Ekholm and Craig Smith had assists.

The Devils were 5-10 and are 38-177 this season.  Henrique had two goals and an assist while Reid Boucher had one of each. Joe Blandisi and David Schlemko each had one, with Zajac chipping in with a couple of helpers. Palmieri, Josefson, John Moore and Stempniak each had an assist.

 

NEW YORK ISLANDERS

John Tavares: 13 points in 169:29 minutes of power play time.

Kyle Okposo: 18 points in 159:49.

Nick Leddy: 15 points in 146:17.

The Islanders were 3-8 this week and are 31-157 this season.  Lee scored twice with Leddy scoring once and assisting on another. Nielsen and Okposo each had a pair of assists with Tavares getting one.

The Rangers were 2-11 this week and are 26-157 on the season.  Derek Stepan and Kevin Hayes scored with Zuccarello setting up both goals. Yandle and Brassard also had assists.

The Senators were 5-20 this week and are 33-179 this season. Stone had a pair of goals with Hoffman scoring once and adding an assist. Ryan and Zack Smith completed the goal scoring with Karlsson assisting on four goals. Zibanejad had a pair of assists as did newly acquired Dion Phaneuf, while Jean-Gabriel Pageau added one.

  

PHILADELPHIA

Jakub Voracek: 19 points in 200:41.

Wayne Simmonds: 14 points in 192:30.

Brayden Schenn: 13 points in 184:12.

Shayne Gostisbehere: 18 points in 145:09.

The Flyers were 3-19 on the power play this week and are 33-184 this season.   Gostisbehere led the way picking up a goal and two assists while Simmonds and Schenn each had a goal. Giroux had a pair of helpers and Voracek had one to finish the scoring.
