Power Play Report

Yandle seeing lots of pp time

by Michael Finewax
Updated On: October 4, 2018, 4:04 pm ET

I would have thought that the power play time of Keith Yandle would have gone down considerably with the Rangers as he was seeing approximately 90 percent of the Coyotes power play ice time.

But it has not changed significantly with the Rangers in his first week with the team. He saw action in 10:11 of the 11:47 minutes of power play time which is 86.4 percent.

The thing is, he was not on the ice when Daniel Girardi scored the only Ranger power play goal of the week.
