Upside Stashes: Christian Wood is a Monster

You never want to overreact to a couple of big games in a row, but let's go ahead and do it anyway: In his last two outings, monster-in-waiting Christian Wood has put up 17.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 2.0 apg, 1.5 spg, 3.0 bpg and 1.0 3s in 26 minutes per game. Yes, one of those was the all-important revenge game against New Orleans on Monday, and sure there's a chance he goes right back to 15 minutes in Detroit's next game — or even sits out since he's questionable for Wednesday with a sore right knee — but Wood's latest surge is a reminder of just how much upside he carries for the second half, and why he should be rostered just about everywhere.

On the latest episode of the Rotoworld Fantasy Basketball Podcast, Ryan Knaus and Steve Alexander join me to break down some upside stashes (including Wood, Jaxson Hayes and Brandon Clarke), plus hit some buy-low/sell-high options — with a scalding hot Derrick Rose (24.4 ppg in his last five) at the center of the conversation.
