After a long and tumultuous offseason, Week 1 has finally arrived. All players, coaches and officials have passed their COVID-19 tests. By all accounts, it looks as though your patience through these trying rims will be rewarded.

(7:45 PM) The Saints make their way down the field to the Bucs two-yard line. Alvin Kamara rushes for a touchdown, but it's called back upon review, as he was ruled out of bounds at the one-yard line. No score. Turnover on downs.
(7:30 PM) Mike Evans sighting! Tom Brady finally has a perfectly placed ball to the left end zone, and Evans makes a perfect grab and toe tap for the touchdown. He misses Evans going for two. Bucs remain down 23-34.
(7:21 PM) Joe Burrow and company march down the field with two minutes to go. A.J. Green catches a three-yard score, but it's no good due to offensive pass interference. Bengals elect to kick, and Randy Bullock misses a 31-yard field goal to lose the game in the final seconds.
(7:04 PM) Emmanuel Sanders catches a five-yard touchdown from Drew Brees. The extra point is good. Tampa Bay muffs the catch on the return, and the Saints recover at the TB18. The Saints manage a field goal to follow, bringing the score to 34-17.
(6:51 PM) Kyler Murray continues as Arizona's leading rusher in Week 1 with a 22-yard rushing TD. That makes nine carries for 84 rushing yards for the sophomore QB.
(6:46 PM) Joe Mixon fumbles, and the ball is recovered by the Chargers at Cincinnati's 24-yard line.
(6:41 PM) Finally, some action. LAC rookie RB Joshua Kelley finds the end zone for a 5-yard rushing TD. Through three quarters, Kelley has seen eight carries to Justin Jackson's two. It's also worth noting that Ekeler has totaled just one target through three quarters and didn't see the goal line work.
(6:10 PM) Tom Brady continues to struggle after the half. Brady targets WR Justin Watson and throws a pick-six. That's his second interception of the game. After the extra point, the Bucs gain 45 yards on a DPI call, setting them up for a score. Tom Brady hits TE O.J. Howard for a score.
(6:06 PM) INJURY UPDATE: George Kittle has returned to the field after halftime with the 49ers.
INJURY ALERT: George Kittle entered the locker room with a knee hyperextension.
(5:05 PM) It's apparently a day for receiving backs to dominate. After the Saints run game has been stuffed by the Bucs stout run defense, Kamara dances into the end zone for a 12-yard receiving touchdown from Drew Brees.
(4:52 PM) Welcome to the NFL, Joe Burrow! 2020's first overall pick rushes for a 23 yard touchdown.
(4:38 PM) Tom Brady scores his first touchdown as a Buc with a quarterback sneak!

Mitch Trubisky and the Bears take last minute lead, with a 27-yard passing touchdown to Anthony Miller.
(3:53 PM) Peyton Barber officially leads the Washington Football team with 12 carries and has scored two of the team's three total touchdowns.
Josh Jacobs scores his third of the day, totaling 131 yards and 3 TDs.
Dalvin Cook gets his second score of the day. In his first game after receiving his extension, Cook has 48 scrimmage yards and 2 TDs.
(3:35 PM) Matt Ryan finds Calvin Ridley wide open in the end zone for his first passing touchdown of the day. Ryan has been a yardage machine, posting 359 passing yards to put both Ridley and Julio Jones atop the 100-yard mark.
J.K. Dobbins has now scored a touchdown on two of his six NFL carries. The Ravens continue to obliterate the Browns, who haven't scored a point since the first quarter.
Mitch Trubisky finally has his first touchdown of the day. Jimmy Graham reels in his only catch of the day so far for a two-yard TD to make his 2-year/$16 million contract worth it.
INJURY UPDATE: Le'Veon Bell is doubtful to return with a hamstring injury.
(3:03 PM) Lamar Jackson shows up with his third passing touchdown of the day to WR Willie Snead.
Josh Jacobs scores his second rushing touchdown on the day. Heading into the fourth quarter, Jacobs has totaled 18 touches for 93 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns.
(2:52 PM) Russell Wilson finds D.K. Metcalf for a 38-yard TD bomb.
(2:38 PM) Cam Newton walks in his second rushing touchdown on the day. He's the team's leading rusher with 7 carries for 41 yards and two scores.
INJURY UPDATE: DeVante Parker (MIA) is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.

(2:32 PM) Aaron Rodgers shoots another bullet before halftime. He hits Marquez Valdez-Scantling for a 45-yard touchdown.
INJURY UPDATE: Colts RB Marlon Mack has been ruled OUT.
(2:24 PM) The Ravens are relentless. TE Mark Andrews has his third reception of the game for his second touchdown.
(2:05 PM) Rookie RB J.K. Dobbins scores the first touchdown of his NFL career: a three-yard score to bring the Ravens up 17-6.
The Jets disaster continues. Sam Darnold throws across his body for an interception.
(2:01 PM) John Brown catches a 17-yard screen pass and takes it to the house. The Jets have no answer for the Bills as the score is now 21-0.
(1:51 PM) Marlon Mack is down with a right ankle injury. Jonathan Taylor enters the game and immediately takes a 35-yard screen pass to the two-yard line. Nyheim Hines catches an eight-yard screen pass for his second score of the day.
(1:45 PM) Gardner Minshew finds his favorite target DJ Chark for a six-yard score.
Todd Gurley makes his mark. He rushes for a one-yard score to bring the Falcons within five of the Seattle Seahawks.
(1:37 PM) Touchdowns galore! Josh Allen finds Bills' rookie RB Zack Moss with a target in the end-zone. Bills lead the Jets 14-0.
Cam Newton has officially arrived in New England. He's racked up four rushes for 26 yards and a score.
(1:31 PM) Russell Wilson continues to be the epitome of efficiency. He's currently 8-8 for 81 passing yards and 2 TDs. Chris Carson takes a 19-yard screen to the house for his second touchdown of the day.
The Browns rushing game has come alive. A nice rotation of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt brings them down the field to the end-zone, and at the one, Baker Mayfield finds lost TE David Njoku for the score.
(1:26 PM) It was only a matter of time. 6 carries, 28 yards, and a touchdown in the first quarter. #McCaffreySZN
The Vikings are on the board. Fresh off of his five-year, $52.5 million extension, Cook scores a one-yard touchdown.
If anyone was keeping track of Browns turnovers, the total is two... in the first 10-miuntes of the game.
A pass-interference call in the end-zone sets the Bills Offense up at the one-yard line. Josh Allen rushes for the score.
(1:14 PM) Lamar Jackson finds tight end Mark Andrews wide open for a spectacular one-handed catch.
(1:12 PM) Josh Allen fumbles on a scramble near the goal line. Jets recover.
(1:08 PM) The first score of the season, of course, goes to an Indy running back. It wasn't either of the ones we predicted, however. Receiving specialist, Nyheim Hines, rushes for an 18-yard touchdown on Rivers' first drive as an Indiapolis Colt.
Baker Mayfield throws a pick on his first drive of the season. Ravens take over.
