Week Five is here. That means more bye weeks and unfortunately some difficult injury situations to navigate. Good luck in your fantasy contests! I'll be here all day following all the events of the day!

(7:38PM) All games have wrapped now. Here are the final scores...

Rams 33, Seahawks 31

Cardinals 28, 49ers 18

Vikings 23, Eagles 21

Chargers 26, Raiders 10

(7:26PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Arizona Cardinals will become the last team in the league to win a game. RB David Johnson just scored his second touchdown of the day and Arizona now leads the 49ers by 16 points with under four minutes remaining. Johnson has a total of 71 yards in the game.

(7:06PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Niners have found the end zone and nearly tied the game. QB CJ Beathard hit WR Trent Taylor for the short score. San Francisco then went for two, but failed and now trail by two with plenty of time left in the game.

(6:57PM) INJURY: It is no surprise at this point but both WRs Brandin Cooks and Cooper Kupp have been ruled out with concussions. Their status for Week Six will be in question.

(6:56PM) TOUCHDOWN: RB Todd Gurley has his hat trick, scoring his third touchdown of the day. Unfortunately, the Rams missed the extra point and now trail 31-30 early in the final quarter.

(6:53PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Eagles are on the board with their first touchdown of the game. QB Carson Wentz hit RB Wendell Smallwood who forced his way into the end zone and nearly lost the ball. That was good for a 12-yard score and Smallwood was also able to convert the two-point conversion to cut the Vikings lead to 20-14 with plenty of time left.

(6:44PM) TOUCHDOWN: We could be witnessing the breakout game for Seattle WR David Moore, who just caught his second touchdown of the game. Moore hauled in a 30-yarder from QB Russell Wilson to take the lead over the visiting Rams. Moore now has three catches for 38 yards and two scores.

(6:42PM) Finally, the top-scoring FF TEs of the week, up until this point...

TE1- Eric Ebron

TE2- Austin Hooper

TE3- Travis Kelce

TE4- Jimmy Graham

TE5- Rob Gronkowski

(6:37PM) INJURY: ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Jaguars backup RB Corey Grant has suffered a Lisfranc injury and will miss the remainder of the season. With RB Leonard Fournette expected to miss next week, the Jags will be adding a running back this week.

(6:35PM) TOUCHDOWN: Rams RB Todd Gurley has scored again. After having an earlier touchdown overturned, the latest two-yard run is good for his second score of the day and a tie game. Gurley has 74 total yards in the game.

(6:29PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Chargers are routing the Raiders and have scored again as QB Philip Rivers hit TE Virgil Green for the 13-yard score. The Chargers lead 26-3 midway through the final quarter.

(6:28PM) The top-scoring FF WRs for the week, so far, are...

WR1- Odell Beckham

WR2- Davante Adams

WR3- Antonio Brown

WR4- Robby Anderson

WR5- Adam Thielen

(6:26PM) INJURY: The Rams have already lost WR Brandin Cooks to a head injury and now WR Cooper Kupp is on the sidelines being evaluated for a concussion. WR Josh Reynolds has taken his place.

(6:14PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Seahawks have regained the lead in this back and forth matchup on a three-yard touchdown from QB Russell Wilson to WR David Moore

(6:01PM) The top-scoring FF RBs so far...

RB1- James Conner

RB2- Isaiah Crowell

RB3- Saquon Barkley

RB4- TJ Yeldon

RB5- Kenyan Drake

(5:52PM) INJURY: Rams WR Brandin Cooks took a huge shot to the head and was down on the field for some time. He was able to walk off the field but will be evaluated, presumably for a concussion. Don't expect to see Cooks back on the field today.

(5:46PM) Here's a look at the top fantasy scorers for Week Five, so far, beginning with the signal callers...

QB1- Aaron Rodgers

QB2- Tom Brady

QB3- Andrew Luck

QB4- Ben Roethlisberger

QB5- Case Keenum

(5:42PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Vikings are not slowing down, even against the Eagles solid defense. QB Kirk Cousins connected with his favorite target, WR Adam Thielen for a three-yard touchdown. That gives the Vikes a 14-3 lead with halftime nearing.

(5:31PM) TOUCHDOWN: And just like that, the high-scoring Rams are back in front. QB Jared Goff found WR Cooper Kupp, who pranced into the end zone for the six-yard score. Kupp leads the team with five receptions for 79 yards.

(5:27PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Seahawks have regained the lead after QB Russell Wilson dropped one in the breadbasket for WR Tyler Lockett, scoring a 39-yard touchdown.

(5:24PM) TOUCHDOWN: RB David Johnson continues to get more involved in this offense and just scored a two-yard touchdown, giving Arizona a 14-6 lead midway through the second quarter. Johnson has just 26 total yards on the day.

(5:20PM) TOUCHDOWN: Chargers RB Austin Ekeler already had his score and now RB Melvin Gordon got his as well. Gordon ran it in from one-yard out after the Chargers gave defender Melvin Ingram a short-yardage carry. Gordon has 95 yards from scrimmage as the game nears halftime.

(5:14PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Chargers have taken the lead over Oakland after QB Philip Rivers hit RB Austin Ekeler who zoomed by defenders for a 44-yard touchdown.

(5:12PM) The touchdown for Rams RB Todd Gurley was overturned and the team had to settle for a field goal.

(5:10PM) INJURY: 49ers RB Matt Breida was just tackled and the defender landed awkwardly on Breida's ankle. Breida was iffy coming into the game and could be in danger of sitting the rest of the day.

(5:08PM) TOUCHDOWN: It's touchdown #2 on the day for the best back in the league. Rams RB Todd Gurley took a short pitch from QB Jared Goff and took it into the end zone from nine yards out. This one will be reviewed and could be reversed. Regardless, it's a great start for Gurley.

(5:02PM) INJURY: The 49ers are already playing without WR Marquise Goodwin today and veteran WR Pierre Garcon has just entered the medical tent, being checked for an unknown injury.

(4:52PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Rams had a quick answer to the Seahawks score as RB Todd Gurley dominated the drive and WR Cooper Kupp got loose for a 27-yard gain. Gurley punches it in and the game is now tied late in the first quarter. Gurley has 38 yards so far.

(4:47PM) TOUCHDOWN: Fresh off his surprising 100+ yard performance a week ago, Seahawks RB Mike Davis is staying hot. Davis scored from six yards out to take the early lead over the Rams. RB Chris Carson has seen most of the early carries, rushing five times for 32 yards.

(4:46PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Arizona Cardinals have found the paint as QB Josh Rosen hit fellow rookie WR Christian Kirk for a long 75-yard score.

(4:38PM) The Browns got an ugly 37-yard field goal as overtime expired to win their second game of the season. That means all early games are now complete. Here's the full list of final scores...

Bills 13, Titans 12

Panthers 33, Giants 31

Bengals 27, Dolphins 17

Browns 12, Ravens 9

Lions 31, Packers 23

Chiefs 30, Jaguars 14

Jets 34, Broncos 16

Steelers 41, Falcons 17

(4:33PM) TOUCHDOWN: The 49ers have opened the game with a touchdown against the Cardinals as RB Matt Breida caught a short pass from QB CJ Beathard and scored for five yards out.

(4:24PM) Panthers K Graham Gano just nailed a 63-yard field goal to win the game and shock the Giants. His previous career long was 59 yards.

(4:16PM) TOUCHDOWN/INJURY: The Giants have come all the way back to take the lead on a 15-yard catch and run from rookie RB Saquon Barkley with just over a minute remaining. The bad news is Barkley landed awkwardly and needed help leaving the field.

(3:59PM) TOUCHDOWN: Another garbage time score, this one from the Jaguars as QB Blake Bortles ran for a 21-yard touchdown. The play needed to be reviewed but was upheld, boosting Bortles' fantasy box score.

(3:58PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Broncos just gave fantasy players a garbage time touchdown as QB Case Keenum dropped one into WR Demaryius Thomas, who overpowered the defender for the catch and score a 42-yarder.

(3:50PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Broncos haven't even given the Jets a game today. Rookie QB Sam Darnold has thrown his third touchdown pass of the day, this time hitting WR Terrelle Pryor for a 20-yard score. The Jets leads 34-10. Also in this game, RB Isaiah Crowell has set a new team record with 219 rushing yards on only 15 carries.

(3:48PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Packers are hanging around. QB Aaron Rodgers found WR Davante Adams from 12 yards out but K Mason Crosby, who missed three first-half field goal attempts, missed the extra point. The longtime Packers kicker might be out of work come Monday.

(3:42PM) INJURY: Broncos WR Courtland Sutton limped off the field with an unknown injury and is being checked by medical staff.

(3:39PM) TOUCHDOWN: Those same Lions finished off the drive as QB Matthew Stafford hit WR Kenny Golladay for a five-yard touchdown. Detroit continues to lead comfortably over the Packers, 31-14.

(3:38PM) INJURY: Lions rookie RB Kerryon Johnson got his team into the red zone with a 24-yard run but limped to the sideline and is being checked for an apparent ankle injury.

(3:36PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Panthers finally started looking to RB Christian McCaffrey in the passing game and it paid off. McCaffrey caught an 18-yard score to extend the Carolina lead to 11 points, 27-16 early in the fourth quarter.

(3:34PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Falcons have somehow held Steelers superstar WR Antonio Brown in check for much of the game. That just changed as Brown hauled in a 47-yard bomb for a touchdown. AB is up to 6/101/2, remding us all why he's the best in the game.

(3:28PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Chiefs and QB Patrick Mahomes are having their way with the league's best defense. RB Kareem Hunt finished off a drive with an easy looking four-yard touchdown straight up the middle. Hunt now has 62 total yards on the day and KC leads the Jaguars 30-7.

(3:25PM) TOUCHDOWN: As expected, the official review overturned the earlier Packers score, taking one away from rookie WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling. QB Aaron Rodgers followed that up by immediately finding TE Lance Kendricks for a touchdown but the following two-point conversion failed.

(3:24PM) Early in the fourth quarter, Falcons WR Julio Jones just caught his first ball of the day. The team is now in the red zone, trailing 27-10.

(3:20PM) TOUCHDOWN: Packers rookie WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling was a popular sleeper pick for Week Five and he's paying off for those who took a chance. It appears that MVS has just scored his second touchdown of the game, though the play is under review and could be coming back.

(3:17PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Jaguars are finally on the board. QB Blake Bortles connected with RB TJ Yeldon for a 14-yard touchdown. The Jags still trail 23-7 with the game nearing the final period. Yeldon has 85 total yards on the day playing in place of injured starter Leonard Fournette.

(3:14PM) TOUCHDOWN: Bengals QB Andy Dalton narrowly avoided a sack and tossed an 18-yard touchdown to RB Joe Mixon, who sidestepped a defender on his way to the end zone. Mixon has 62 total yards and the score in his first game back in action.

(3:11PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Steelers and RB James Conner have hit paydirt again. Conner took it in from two yards out and now has 162 total yards and two scores on the day.

(3:10PM) The Panthers are holding off the Giants but RB Christian McCaffrey is having a quiet day. CMC has 55 rushing yards on 11 carries but hasn't even seen a target in the passing game.

(3:00PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Packers have been terrible today but they finally got on the scoreboard as QB Aaron Rodgers found rookie WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling for a short score. The Pack then went for two and were successful on a pass from Rodgers to RB Jamaal Williams.

(2:58PM) TOUCHDOWN: It's been a slow day for Steelers WR Antonio Brown but a touchdown catch will help. AB just caught a nine-yard strike from QB Ben Roethlisberger to extend the Pittsburgh lead to ten points.

(2:54PM) Some of the top fantasy scorers of the day with all games now into the third-quarter:

QB- Patrick Mahomes, Matt Ryan, Sam Darnold

RB- Isaiah Crowell, James Conner, Saquon Barkley

WR- Robby Anderson, Odell Beckham, Mohamed Sanu

TE- Austin Hooper, Travis Kelce, Jimmy Graham

(2:50PM) Again, these games from Jets RB Isaiah Crowell are difficult to predict. He just broke off a 54-yarder, giving him 165 yards on just ten carries.

(2:34PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Lions are totally routing the Packers, thanks in part to multiple turnovers from QB Aaron Rodgers. The Lions just made the score 24-0 on a touchdown pass from QB Matthew Stafford to WR Marvin Jones from eight yards out. That was Jones first catch of the game.

(2:31PM) We are nearly at the half of all early games and Falcons WR Julio Jones still has yet to record a reception. Jones has drawn three targets but hasn't come down with any yet.

(2:27PM) TOUCHDOWN: Many saw this game coming from Jets WR Robby Anderson and he is doing his part. Anderson just caught a 35-yard score from QB Sam Darnold, giving the Jets a 21-10 lead approaching halftime. Anderson has three grabs for 123 yards and two scores in the first half.

(2:20PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Browns are on the board as QB Baker Mayfield hit WR Rashard Higgins for a 19-yard touchdown. After a missed extra point, Cleveland leads 6-3.

(2:11PM) TOUCHDOWN: That's one way to take matters into your own hands. WR Odell Beckham just threw, yes threw, a 57-yard touchdown to RB Saquon Barkley. The Giants still trail 17-10 and Barkley is up to 85 yards from scrimmage.

(2:00PM) INJURY: A pair of injuries to players expected to see a larger role today. First, Cincinnati TE Tyler Kroft left the game with a foot injury and is questionable to return. Jaguars RB Corey Grant suffered a foot injury as well and needed help to get off the field.

(1:57PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Dolphins finally got RB Kenyan Drake involved as he hauled in a nice over the shoulder QB Ryan Tannheill pass for a 22-yard touchdown. Miami leads the Bengals 7-0. While Drake does have the TD catch, he only has one carry compared to six for veteran RB Frank Gore

(1:53PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Jets just hit on another long touchdown. This time, QB Sam Darnold hit WR Robby Anderson with a deep pass, resulting in a 76-yard touchdown.

(1:46PM) TOUCHDOWN: Many were projecting today as the game in which WR Julio Jones would break his touchdown-less streak. It might still happen but WR Mohamed Sanu drew first blood, catching a 43-yarder from QB Matt Ryan to get the Falcons on the scoreboard.

(1:43PM) TOUCHDOWN: This happens every couple of weeks but it has become almost impossible to predict. Jets RB Isaiah Crowell got to the outside and broke a long run, going 77 yards for a touchdown, tying the game with the Broncos.

(1:39PM) TOUCHDOWN: A 60-yard strike from QB Matthew Stafford to WR Kenny Golladay put the Lions in the red zone and bruising RB Legarrette Blount did the rest, scoring his second one-yard touchdown of the game. Detroit leads the Packers 14-0.

(1:37PM) With RB Devonta Freeman back in the lineup, we have yet to see RB Tevin Coleman touch the ball. Freeman has three carries for 11 yards but may not get to see the ball much as Atlanta already trails by two scores.

(1:35PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Steelers are on the board again, taking a 13-0 lead over the Falcons. QB Ben Roethlisberger hit WR Juju Smith-Schuster for an 18-yard score. Juju then birthed the football before rocking it in celebration of his score.

(1:31PM) TOUCHDOWN: Playing in his first game of the season after dealing with a concerning heart issue, Panthers WR Curtis Samuel just scored on his first touch of the year. Samuel caught a short pass and weaved through and around defenders for a 25-yard score.

(1:19PM) TOUCHDOWN: Many fantasy players were understandably worried about the Chiefs as they face the Jaguars vaunted defense today. Early returns show we can trust KC no matter what. QB Patrick Mahomes put together a string drive and capped it off with a four-yard scramble for the score. It's Mahomes second rushing touchdown in two weeks.

(1:18PM) TOUCHDOWN: After a turnover on a punt, the Lions found themselves in the red zone and veteran RB LeGarrette Blount ran one-yard for the score and the early lead over the Packers.

(1:15PM) TOUCHDOWN: Broncos rookie WR Courtland Sutton went up and got a pass from QB Case Keenum for his first career NFL touchdown. The play also ended a three-game streak in which Keenum failed to throw a scoring pass. Denver leads the Jets 7-0.

(1:14PM) TOUCHDOWN: The Bills dinked and dunked their way down the field and a successful opening drive ended with a 14-yard scramble for a score from rookie QB Josh Allen. The Bills lead the Titans 7-0.

(1:12PM) TOUCHDOWN: After a previous touchdown run was overturned, Steelers RB James Conner dove over the top to give his team the early lead. Conner totaled 72 yards on the opening drive.

(1:07PM) Steelers RB James Conner is off to a hot start after a couple of down games. Conner already had a 29-yard catch and a 30-yard run to lead Pittsburgh into the red zone.

(1:03PM) INJURY: That didn't take long, unfortunately. Dolphins WR Jakeem Grant is being evaluated on the sidelines for an unknown injury after the opening kickoff.

(12:57PM) We already saw Patriots WR Julian Edelman make his return to the field earlier this week. Now it is RB Mark Ingram's turn, as he returns to the Saints after a four-game suspension.

(12:55PM) Meanwhile, expect to see Falcons RB Devonta Freeman back on the field for the first time since Week One. Bengals RB Joe Mixon is also back in action. Other ACTIVES are WR Marvin Jones, TE Hayden Hurst, WR Davante Adams, WR Sammy Watkins, TE Charles Clay.

(12:53PM) Some players ruled OUT for today include WR Geronimo Allison, WR Randall Cobb, RB Leonard Fournette, RB Dalvin Cook, WR DeVante Parker, TE Evan Engram, TE Greg Olsen, WR John Ross and RB Giovani Bernard
