Mikkel Boedker (COL) - LW, RW - Owned in 26% of Yahoo leagues
Boedker has notched three goals and six points in eight games with the Avalanche since he was acquired at the trade deadline from Arizona. He hasn't gone more than two games without reaching the scoresheet as a member of the Avalanche and he has two goals and one helper in his last two appearances. Boedker has been skating with Nathan MacKinnon during even strength situations and he is playing on the top power-play unit. He is definitely worth adding if he's available, as you can ride out the rest of the season with him.
Paul Stastny (STL) - C - Owned in 23% of Yahoo leagues
Stastny hasn't clicked with Vladimir Tarasenko the way the Blues were hoping he would this season, but he has meshed very well alongside Troy Brouwer and Robby Fabbri on the second line. The trio also makes up the Blues' second power-play unit. Stastny has registered three goals and six assists in the last six games. He should have a strong finish to the year.
Cody Eakin (DAL) - C - Owned in 5% of Yahoo leagues
Eakin has been serving as Jamie Benn's center and he could have that role for the rest of the season because of Tyler Seguin's Achilles injury. Eakin has been playing well lately with four goals and five helpers in the past nine contests. He is riding a four-game point streak as well.
Devante Smith-Pelly (NJD) - RW - Owned in 9% of Yahoo leagues
Smith-Pelly has been red hot since joining the New Jersey Devils at the trade deadline from Montreal. He has racked up six goals and nine points in eight games after he produced just six markers and six assists in 46 matches with the Canadiens. He has been clicking with an unbelievable 37.5 shooting percentage. That is unsustainable but he'll have plenty of opportunity to continue scoring down the stretch alongside Adam Henrique on the top line.
Carl Hagelin (PIT) - LW - Owned in 14% of Yahoo leagues
Hagelin may have lost Evgeni Malkin to injury, but he has still been contributing offensively alongside Nick Bonino and Phil Kessel. He has posted a goal and three assists in his last two outings to give him four goals and 10 points in the past 10 games. Hagelin has recorded 18 points in 26 contests with the Penguins this season.
Tomas Hertl (SJS) - C, LW - Owned in 34% of Yahoo leagues
Hertl has been on a roll with the Joe Thornton and Joe Pavelski as his linemates. He has generated one goal and five helpers during a four-game point streak. Hertl has been productive since the calendar turned to 2016 with 13 goals and 26 points in 35 matches since January. He is in store for a solid finish and should be picked up if he's still available.
Mika Zibanejad (OTT) - C, RW - Owned in 21% of Yahoo leagues
Zibanejad has been searching for offensive consistency this season and even though he hasn't reached that level yet, he has had some great stretches. He is in the midst of another successful scoring spree right now with three goals and two assists over a four-game point streak. Zibanejad also has a plus-4 rating and 10 shots during that span. He has 17 goals and 45 points in 72 games this campaign and stands a good chance of finishing strong alongside Mike Hoffman on the second line.
Jamie McGinn (ANA) - LW, RW - Owned in 7% of Yahoo leagues
Anaheim has reunited Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry and McGinn has been the lucky winger to play alongside them. He has scored a goal in each of his last two games and has done well since being obtained from Buffalo at the trade deadline. McGinn has four goals and one assist in nine games with the Ducks.
Nick Bjugstad (FLA) - C - Owned in 25% of Yahoo leagues
Bjugstad has struggled with injury this season and the emergence of Vincent Trocheck dropped him to the third line, but he has rediscovered his scoring touch recently. He has picked up three goals and three assists during a five-game point streak and he has seven points in the past seven matches. Bjugstad has been playing between new arrivals Jiri Hudler and Teddy Purcell during even strength play and he has been seeing time on the top power-play unit as well.
Michael Frolik (CGY) - C, RW - Owned in 9% of Yahoo leagues
Frolik has enjoyed a couple of explosive performances this week. He scored a hat trick against St. Louis and followed that up with a three-point effort versus Winnipeg. Frolik has produced in spurts this season, so he is worth watching down the final stretch.
