The Richmond (VA) International Raceway hosted the Nationwide Series ToyotaCare 250 on Friday night and the Sprint Cup Toyota Owners 400 on Saturday night. The Camping World Truck Series returns to action with the SFP 250 on Friday, May 9 at Kansas Speedway. The latest results on the ARCA Racing Series and the NASCAR “Home Tracks” are also shown below.
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Time Trials: Qualifying for the Sprint Cup Toyota Owners 400 was rained out on Friday. The starting lineup was set based upon the first practice speeds. No. 42 Chevrolet SS driver Kyle Larson was the fastest in that session and led the field to the green flag. He will not be credited with winning the pole. Larson was spun out after contact on the first lap, never led a lap but managed to finish on the lead lap in 16th place.
Did Not Qualify: No. 77 Dave Blaney and No. 95 Michael McDowell.
Winner:Joey Logano won the Toyota Owners 400, his fifth victory in 192 NSCS races. This is the No. 22 Ford Fusion driver's second victory and fifth top-10 finish in 2014. Logano is the second driver to win two races in the 2014 season and locks in his spot in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint, barring he doesn't fall out of the top 30 in drivers' points or miss any races. This is his first victory and third top-10 finish in 11 races at Richmond.

NASCAR Nationwide Series
Time Trials: Brian Scott won the Coors Light Pole Award for the ToyotaCare 250 with a lap of 22.120 seconds, 122.061 mph. This is the No. 2 Chevrolet Camaro driver's third pole in 150 NNS races. It is his first pole and sixth top-10 start in 2014 and second pole in ten races at Richmond International Raceway. In his last visit to Richmond, Scott started on the pole and led a career-high 239 laps in a dominating performance before finishing second. He led 45 laps in this race and finished in fifth place.

Winner: Sprint Cup regular Kevin Harvick (No. 4 Chevrolet SS) won the ToyotaCare 250, his 41st victory in 307 NNS races. This is the No. 5 Chevrolet Camaro driver's first NNS victory and sixth top-10 finish in 2014. It is his seventh victory and 20th top-10 finish in 25 NNS races at Richmond. This is JR Motorsports' fourth NASCAR Nationwide Series victory of 2014, tying the organization's best season.
