Point Guard

Damian Lillard - Portland Trailblazers (vs. New York Knicks)

Despite being a popular option tonight, I think Lillard is a must-play. If this game stays close, Lillard and Kanter could very well have slate breaking efforts. With McCollum and Nurkic OUT someone must pick up the slack. Lillard will score at will tonight against a Knicks team that does not have the personnel defensively capable of limiting Lillard. Make sure to play the narrative here. In addition to Lillard and Kanter, If you think the game stays close, also have your exposure to Randle and Barrett. Killer game stack. You heard it here first!

Other PG Option: Alec Burks - New York Knicks (vs. Portland Trailblazers)

Make sure to check the Rotoworld NBA Optimizer before lock! Here you will find the top plays paired with accurate projections which will help you create your lineup!

Shooting Guard

Lonnie Walker - San Antonio Spurs (vs. Washington Wizards)

Murray is questionable at the moment. If he ends up sitting, Walker and Mills will split point guard duties. Mills has been shooting very well from beyond the arc so far this season. Walker is more of a mid-range shot/drive and penetrate kind of guard. The Wizards allow opposing teams to shoot 37.2 % from three (7th highest in the NBA). While Lonnie Walker should start, Mills and Walker deserve equal consideration for your lineups tonight.

Other SG Options: Patty Mills - San Antonio Spurs (vs. Washington Wizards)

Small Forward

Rodney Hood - Portland Trailblazers (vs. New York Knicks)

With McCollum still sidelined, Hood has taken control. The veteran SF reached 28 points over 25 minutes of play at a DraftKings salary of $3,100. Tonight his salary has risen to $3,800 but this is still too low. Some think Anthony has a revenge game in store for the Knicks so make sure you have both sides, Hood and Carmelo (not both).  The Portland Trailblazers are favored by - 4.0 points with a 213.5 O/U. This game will be the game of the night for DFS purposes.

Other SF Option: RJ Barrett - New York Knicks (vs. Portland Trailblazers)

Power Forward

Julius Randle - New York Knicks (vs. Portland Trailblazers)

While I expect Kanter to hold it down for Portland in the paint, Julius Randle should also do his thing tonight as he will likely match up against the 30-year-old, Robert Covington. I’m not saying Covington is a bad defender. I just think Randle is next level in this matchup. Over his last six games, Randle is averaging 49.1 DK points. The minimal exposure you should invest in for this game is Randle and Kanter. This is the game I want a piece of tonight despite the low O/U.

Other PF Option: Aaron Gordon - Orlando Magic (vs. Charlotte Hornets)

Center

Enes Kanter - Portland Trailblazers (vs. New York Knicks)

The New York Knicks allow 10.7 offensive rebounds per game (ranked 5th highest in the NBA). New York is also allowing 6.4 blocks per game which is ranked 2nd highest in the league. On the flip side, The Knicks allow a league-low three-point percentage and rarely allow steals. All of this adds up to the fact that the Knicks are targetable at the center position and who better to take advantage of this matchup than Former Knick, Enes Kanter. Portland’s normal starter Jusif Nurkic has officially had wrist surgery so Kanter will get the start again and for the foreseeable future. Kanter carries massive upside in a game Vegas favors Portland by - 4.0 points with a 213.5 O/U.

Other C Option: LaMarcus Aldridge - San Antonio Spurs (vs. Washington Wizards)

Bargain Bin

PG Patty Mills

SG Lonnie Walker

SF Isaac Bonga

PF Nerlens Noel

C Robin Lopez
