Friday's Pickups of the Day

Merry Christmas! I hope all of you guys got what you wanted while you were able to avoid your family to watch some hoops. Russell Westbrook is amazing and John Wall is also killin' it right now. Remember when people used to hate on those guys? Yeah, about that.

Anyway, there were a handful of nice pickups:

Wes Johnson - He's underrated and should get a bump sans Kobe.

Ed Davis - He's outplaying Carlos Boozer and is getting more minutes. He should stick as the starter.

Nikola Mirotic - He's the favorite for Rookie of the Year and coach Tom Thibodeau has to play him.

Nene - Feel free to use him while he's healthy.

Steven Adams - FUNAKI!

Kris Humphries - A move to the bench hasn't hurt him much.

Tim Hardaway Jr. - He is so awful on defense, but he gets shots on offense.

Aaron Brooks - He should have a nice week of value while Kirk Hinrich is out. His usage rate is solid.

Tristan Thompson - His game doesn't translate to fantasy and he's a disaster on defense.

Tiago Splitter - I don't trust his calf and he'll need to rest.

Rasual Butler - I'm a little worried about Martell Webster coming back.

Cole Aldrich - Sam Dalembert is a joke.

Chris Andersen - There isn't enough upside in most leagues.

Wayne Ellington - Apparently Kobe could miss some time.

Matt Bonner - A Christmas miracle.

Danny Granger - He played well, but it's only a matter of time before he's hurt.
