Sports Injury Predictor has partnered with Rotoworld in 2015 to give you an even greater chance winning your league this season. We’ll be giving you a quick snapshot of all the injuries as they occurred on Sunday/early Monday morning so that you can use whatever information you need to approach the waiver wire in the coming week. For more injury related information and advice check us out on Twitter @injurypredictor and visit our injury search engine here.

Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Broncos - Sanders sprained his AC joint on the final play of regulation time in the game against the Browns. He came back for one play in overtime but was unable to continue after that. He visibly seemed to be in some pain so the bye week comes at a good time to allow him a full two weeks to rest before his next game in week 8.

Marcus Mariota, QB, Titans - Mariota took a low hit by Olivier Vernon in the first half but stayed on the field until late in the game when it was clear there was no coming back for the Titans. He took 5 sacks on the day getting pummeled in the pocket all afternoon. He looked to be in considerable pain and his throws clearly lacked zip after the shot he took to the knee. He is scheduled for an MRI today (Monday 10/19) and we should know more as the week progresses.

Michael Vick, QB, Steelers - Vick pulled his hamstring in the second half of the game on Sunday against the Cardinals on a scramble. There are rumors swirling that Big Ben could be ready to go in week 7 but if he is not it will most likely be up Landry Jones under center this coming Sunday.

Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers - Allen had a huge Sunday parlaying 14 catches into 157 yards. Rivers locked in on him as his go-to receiver and never looked back. As he made his 14th catch in the 3rd quarter he landed hard on his hip and had to leave the game and did not return. Hopefully it’s nothing too serious and he is able to resume practicing this week.

Allen Robinson, WR, Jaguars - Robinson was on his way to a huge day having piled up 86 yards on 6 catches and a touchdown when he collided with Texans Safety Lonnie Ballentine in the fourth quarter. Ballentine came off worse for wear needing the cart to help him off the field but Robinson ended up missing the rest of the game and was seen on crutches afterwards.

It is being reported that the injury is just a “contusion” (fancy way of saying “bruise”) and he should be fine heading into week 7.

Sammy Watkins, WR, Bills - Watkins slipped on his touchdown catch in the first half and needed to be helped off the field. It’s being referred to as an ankle sprain and he was seen exiting on crutches. It’s hard to say what this could be as the video of the injury looks inconclusive but in the context of the calf injury he has been battling with the last several weeks there is a good chance that this is related.

This is something to monitor and Watkins owners should be making plans to be without him in week 7 as the Bills square off against Jaguars in London.

Ty Montgomery, WR, Packers - Montgomery had to leave the game against the Chargers with an ankle injury. Devante Parker is on the shelf with an ankle injury of his own and an extended absence for Montgomery could mean that the Packers turn to Twitter favorite Jeff Janis for week 7.

Jeremy Maclin, WR, Chiefs - Maclin hit the deck hard early in the game against the Vikings and needed to be helped off the field with a concussion. With teams taking their time to help players through the concussion protocol there is a good chance he misses week 7.
