Western Hockey League
Ian Scott has allowed just five goals in his last five contests and has consequently won all of those contests. He now has a 7-1-0-0 record, 2.32 GAA, and .925 save percentage in nine contests with the Prince Albert Raiders. Carter Hart earned back-to-back shutouts on Saturday and Tuesday. He has a 1.74 GAA and .937 save percentage in 17 games with the Everett Silvertips. Coleman Vollrath lost five straight contests, but he's Victoria Royals have turned around to win six of their last seven games wit him between the pipes. Vollrath has done his part along the way by posting a 1.97 GAA and .930 save percentage in 19 games this season. Mathew Barzal had an assist on Tuesday to extend his point streak to four games. He has only been held off the scoresheet once in his last 10 contests, bringing him up to five goals and 30 points in 17 contests with the Seattle Thunderbirds. He was taken by the New York Islanders with the 16th overall pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
Ontario Hockey League
Dylan Strome was selected as the Canadian Hockey League's player of the week after scoring three goals and 10 points in four contests. He now has nine goals and 34 points in 16 contests with the Erie Otters. Ryan MacInnis had an assist on Sunday to extend his point streak to four games. He has 15 goals and 28 points in 20 contests with the Kitchener Rangers this season. Like Strome, MacInnis is an Arizona Coyotes prospect. Taylor Raddysh had his eight-game point streak snapped on Saturday. The 17-year-old forward has scored nine goals and 30 points in 20 contests this season. Tyler Parsons stopped 30 of 32 shots on Saturday, but it wasn't enough to extend his winning streak to 10 games. He still has an 11-2-1-1 record with a 2.46 GAA and .920 save percentage though.
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League
Marc-Antoine Turcotte has won four of his last five games. He has a 2.73 GAA and .918 save percentage in 19 contests with the Saint John Sea Dogs this season. Julio Billia has limited opponents to a single goal in each of his last three starts. He now has a 2.71 GAA and .922 save percentage in 21 games with the Chicoutimi Sagueneens. Dmytro Timashov has recorded nine points over his last three contests. The Toronto Maple Leafs prospect has scored 11 goals and 39 points in 21 contests with the Quebec Remparts.
