HITS

Mark Borowiecki has recorded at least seven hits in each of his last five games.  He's up to 329 hits, which is the most of any player this season.  Blackhawks rookie John Hayden has recorded three or more hits in each of his first seven games.  In total he has 30 hits so far.  Jason Chimera has accumulated 12 hits in his last three contests.  That brings him up to 141 hits in 75 games in 2016-17.  Justin Abdelkader has registered a minimum of four hits in each of his last three contests.  He has 127 hits in 57 games this season.

BLOCKS

Mark Streit has had five straight multi-block games.  He's up to 25 blocks in 13 games with the Penguins compared to 58 blocks in 49 contests when he was with Philadelphia earlier in 2016-17.  Jets rookie Julian Melchiori has registered 11 blocks in his last two games.  That gives him 24 blocks in 12 contests in 2016-17.  Kris Russell has gotten in front of at least three shots in each of his last four games.  He has 189 blocks in 61 games, which is the second most this season.  Travis Hamonic has had four straight multi-block games.  He's up to 108 blocks in 48 games.

DRAWS

Ryan O'Reilly has claimed at least half his draws in each of his last four games.  He's won 57.7% of his draws this season, up from 56.5% in 2015-16.  Nathan MacKinnon has also won at least half his faceoffs in four straight contests.  He has a 50.5% faceoff success rate, which would make this his first campaign with a percentage of 50% or higher.  Sean Couturier has won 46 of his last 66 draws (69.6%).  That brings him up to a 55.3 winning percentage, compared to his 2015-16 success rate of 48.6%.  Martin Hanzal has won 30 of his last 45 faceoffs (66.7%).  He's won 54.9% of his faceoffs in 13 games since being acquired by the Wild.
