Western Hockey League

St. Louis Blues prospect Jaedon Descheneau snapped a four-game point drought with a goal and an assist on Tuesday.  He has 30 goals and 75 points in 65 contests with the Kootenay Ice in 2014-15.  His Kootenay teammate Luke Philp also had a two-point game, although in Philip's case it was the 10th time he recorded at least a point in his last 11 games.  Philp has 29 goals and 77 points in 66 games this season.  Tim McGauley is on an incredible 23-game point streak and he's also found the back of the net in four straight contests.  He has 41 goals and 100 points in 67 games after recording 60 points in 68 contests in 2013-14.  Nicolas Petan has recorded at least two points in seven consecutive contests.  That's brought him up to 12 goals and 80 points in 47 games with the Portland Winterhawks.

Ontario Hockey League

New York Islanders prospect Josh Ho-Sang was held off the scoresheet, ending a run of four games where he accumulated two goals and seven points.  He has 15 goals and 73 points in 54 contests this season.  Another member of the Islanders' organization, Michael Dal Colle, had a goal and two assists on Sunday, giving him points in seven of his last nine games.  Dal Colle has 38 goals and 87 points in 51 contests with the Oshawa Generals.  Rookie Alex DeBrincat is on a six-game point streak after finding the back of the net twice on Wednesday.  That gives him 43 goals and 89 points in 62 games with the Erie Otters.  Vancouver Canucks prospect Cole Cassels had a hat trick and an assist on Sunday.  After recording 73 points and 90 penalty minutes in 61 games last season, he has 29 goals, 77 points, and 94 penalty minutes in 50 contests in 2014-15.

Quebec Major Junior Hockey League

Kyle Farrell had three goals and seven points over the span of two games on Friday and Sunday.  That ended a five-game point drought and brought him up to 84 points in 59 contests in 2014-15.  Alexis Loiseau had a streak of four straight multi-point games end on Wednesday.  He has 32 goals and 90 points in 63 contests with the Rimouski Oceanic.  Meanwhile, Anthony Beauregard extended his point streak to 13 games on Wednesday.  He's gone from recording 41 points in 68 games as a rookie in 2013-14 to scoring 28 goals and registering 57 assists in 64 games with the Val d'Or Foreurs this season.  Dmytro Timashov recorded two assists on Sunday to extend his point streak to four games, but he couldn't keep it going on Tuesday.  He has 19 goals and 87 points in 62 games with the Quebec Remparts.
