  • LAD Designated Hitter #17
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Shohei Ohtani went 3-for-5, scored three runs and homered in a 5-3 win over the Rockies on Monday.
Ohtani is now up to five homers on the season, but it’s the first time he’s been able to go deep since April 7; a major power outage — for him, anyway. The 30-year-old has done nothing over the first 17 games of 2025 to suggest he won’t be as good as any hitter in baseball, even with a week without dingers.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #86

Jake Dreyer will start on Tuesday against the Marlins.
It’ll be a bullpen game for the Dodgers on Tuesday evening in Los Angeles. We’re anticipating Dreyer and Matt Sauer will gobble up the bulk of the frames. It’s not an appealing situation for fantasy managers.
Glasnow on 15-day IL with shoulder inflammation
Eric Samulski discusses the Dodgers placing starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow on the injured list and who could step in that fantasy managers should keep an eye on.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #64
Dodgers recalled RHP Matt Sauer from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Sauer provides the Dodgers with a fresh arm entering Tuesday’s matchup with the Marlins. The 26-year-old righty made one relief appearance earlier this season for Los Angeles.
  • LAD Relief Pitcher #56
Dodgers optioned RHP Noah Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Davis winds up lasting just one day with the Dodgers during his latest stint with the club. The 28-year-old righty has made three relief appearances this season in the big leagues.
  • CIN Starting Pitcher #51
Tuesday’s game between the Cardinals and Reds has been postponed due to inclement weather.
There was a chance to get this game in on Tuesday night, if both teams wanted to sit through a lengthy rain delay. That’s not happening. It’ll be made up on Wednesday as a split doubleheader instead. Tuesday’s original starters — Miles Mikolas and Brady Singer — will presumably take the ball at some point during the twin bill.
  • ARI 2nd Baseman #4
Ketel Marte (hamstring) got five at-bats on Monday in extended spring training.
Marte is slowly ramping up his workload in extended spring training as he continues to work his way back from a hamstring strain that sent him to the injured list earlier this month. There should be a clearer timetable for his potential return to Arizona’s lineup at some point later this week, but he’s getting close.
  • WSH Shortstop #14
Paul DeJong (face) will resume baseball activities in late May.
DeJong isn’t expected to resume baseball activities until sometime in late May after undergoing surgery earlier this week to repair damage to his nose and eyes. The 31-year-old veteran infielder should make it back to Washington’s lineup at some point in June or July, barring any setbacks.
  • ATH Shortstop #5
Jacob Wilson is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Rangers.
Wilson has hit a bit of a rough patch of late, batting .222 (6-for-27) with one homer and four RBI over his last seven games. The 23-year-old’s contact-oriented approach is going to lead to stellar batting averages, but it also caps his realistic fantasy ceiling since he’d likely have to alter his mindset in order to hit for some additional over-the-fence power. It’ll be Max Schuemann drawing a start at shortstop on Tuesday night. He’ll have the privilege of trying to hit Rangers ace Jacob deGrom.
  • TEX Center Fielder #1
Kevin Pillar is out of Tuesday’s lineup with back soreness.
Pillar has received the occasional opportunity to lead off against southpaws this season, but he’s played sparingly overall. He’ll take a seat on Tuesday night with superstar Wyatt Langford leading off against Athletics lefty Jacob Lopez.
  • FA Relief Pitcher #60
Jesse Chavez has elected free agency.
Set your watch. We’re anticipating he’ll re-sign with the Braves in approximately five minutes. The 41-year-old journeyman went unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment over the weekend. He made two relief appearances for Atlanta in his latest stint with the club.
  • LAA Left Fielder #51
Angels recalled OF Gustavo Campero from Triple-A Salt Lake.
Campero got into 14 games last year for the Angels, batting .239 (11-for-46) with one homer and three RBI during that span. He was hitting .333 (36-for-108) with one homer and seven steals in 26 games this season at the Triple-A level. The 27-year-old outfielder figures to occupy a bench role and can be ignored for fantasy purposes.
