Ricky Rubio - Phoenix (vs. Minnesota)
There’s somewhat of a motivational factor with Rubio taking on his former team, but that’s not the only driving force behind this recommendation. Minnesota plays fast, and they rank 27th in defensive efficiency to point guards. That’s what I’m targeting here, and Rubio is building confidence after scoring 45+ FP in tow of his past four games. He could flirt with that range in this welcoming matchup.

SHOOTING GUARD
Devin Booker - Phoenix (vs. Minnesota)
I’m not afraid to utilize Booker and Rubio in the same lineup tonight. James Harden is a great play at shooting guard, but his cumbersome salary could leave the rest of your lineup worrisome. As mentioned in the previous write-up, Minnesota plays fast with a subpar defense that ranks 26th in d-eff to backcourts. Booker has posted 68 and 49 fantasy points in high-scoring draws against the Pelicans and Rockets respectively. There’s a chance he’ll continue to thrive in this 234 over/under.

SMALL FORWARD
Josh Okogie - Minnesota (at Phoenix)
If you haven’t caught on by now, this Minnesota-Phoenix tilt is one to stack for DFS purposes. Okogie is a hustle player who should find plenty of stat-stuffing opportunities in this environment. His near-minimum price point will help you reach for the other high-end players in this article. Okogie should see 25-28 minutes, which is more than enough time for him to post a positive return. He went for 23 fantasy points in 24 minutes yesterday against the Lakers, which represents decent output considering the bargain salary.

POWER FORWARD
Blake Griffin - Detroit (at New Orleans)
Is Griffin finally back? He has underachieved this season while dealing with multiple injuries, but notching 43 FP through 31 minutes vs. Indiana on Friday could represent a turning point. Either way, this is a buy-low opportunity with Griffin’s salary trending downward following a general theme of mediocrity over the past two weeks. Tonight’s matchup corresponds nicely, facing a New Orleans team that ranks 27th in defensive efficiency to power forwards.

CENTER
Rudy Gobert - Utah (vs. Oklahoma City)
This recommendation is not necessarily matchup-driven, as Oklahoma City ranks 13th in defensive efficiency to centers. However, Gobert’s salary has dropped following a few uninspiring performances while playing through an ankle injury. The Utah big man appears to be fully healthy, especially after dropping 52 FP on the Sixers last week. Oklahoma City ranks 25th in rebound rate this season, so Gobert could have his way on the glass.
