In addition to interim coach Alvin Gentry being let go by the Kings Assistant G.M. Ken Cantanella, Head Trainer Joe Resendez and Media Relations Director Alex Sigua have all been fired by Monte McNair.
The Kings are obviously going for a full restructuring and will have a very different staff next season. The Kings only won 30 games this season and it will be interesting to see who they hire this spring/summer. And no, we still can’t believe they traded Tyrese Haliburton to the Pacers.

Al Horford (toe) has been ruled out against the Thunder on Tuesday.
Horford will sit out the first leg of this back-to-back, so he should be back to take on the Spurs on Wednesday. Quinten Post should play a decent-sized role as the primary center option against the Thunder, though his fantasy impact is limited.
What's next for Mavericks after firing Harrison?
The Numbers on the Board crew react to the Dallas Mavericks firing general manager Nico Harrison, discussing the fallout of the Luka Doncic trade and where it leaves the team.
  • ORL Guard #4
Jalen Suggs (knee) is not on the injury report against the Knicks on Wednesday.
Suggs sat out Monday’s game, which was the second night of a back-to-back. However, Wednesday’s game isn’t part of a back-to-back, so Suggs will be available, which will push Anthony Black to the bench.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (knee) has been ruled out against the Celtics on Tuesday.
Embiid wasn’t initially on the injury report, and this isn’t a back-to-back, which makes this update scary. Hopefully it’s just an opportunity for them to get him some extra rest since they only have one more game left this week. Andre Drummond should be in line for another start, with Adem Bona filling out the reserve minutes.
  • Pacers signed Jeremiah Robinson-Earl to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.
This will be a second 10-day for JRE, which means they’ll have to sign him to a rest-of-season deal if they want to keep him beyond this contract. He has played big minutes for the Pacers recently, averaging 8.0 points and 10.7 rebounds over 24.8 minutes per game over their last three outings. He’ll likely continue to fill a large role, but he’s only worth a roster spot in deep formats.
  • MIA Guard #12
Dru Smith (knee) is probable to play against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
Smith should be available to occupy his typical role off the bench. He has been a solid source of steals this year, but he’s only played 17.1 minutes per game. Unless there are multiple backcourt injuries in front of him, he isn’t worth rostering.
  • BOS Forward #30
Sam Hauser (wrist) is available to play against the 76ers on Tuesday.
Hauser was initially listed as probable, so his availability isn’t a surprise. Since starting the first two games of the season, Hauser has been in a reserve role, and his minutes have dwindled. Unless he gets the chance to start, he shouldn’t be rostered.
  • MIA Center-Forward #13
Bam Adebayo (toe) was seen after practice on Tuesday without a boot on.
Adebayo has been ruled out against the Cavaliers on Wednesday, but this is a positive development for him. That will be a fourth straight absence for him, and his next chance to play will be on Friday against the Knicks. Kel’el Ware will continue to start at center until Adebayo is healthy. Bam was seen getting in some work after practice, with the posted video showing him doing defensive slides.
  • CHA Guard #1
LaMelo Ball (ankle) has been assigned to the Greensboro Swarm for practice.
Mason Plumlee has also been assigned to the Hornets’ G League affiliate. This is a good sign for Ball, who could be close to returning after missing their last three games. This isn’t a guarantee that he’ll be available on Wednesday against the Bucks, but it’s a positive development. Sion James will return to a reserve role when Ball is healthy.
  • BKN Center #20
Day’Ron Sharpe (glute) has been ruled out against the Raptors on Tuesday.
Sharpe was initially listed with a hamstring injury, but that has been updated to a left glute contusion. Noah Clowney and Danny Wolf should fill out the center minutes when Nic Claxton isn’t on the floor.
  • TOR Guard #30
Ochai Agbaji (back) has been ruled out against the Nets on Tuesday.
Agbaji’s role has been a small one this season, even in his lone start, which came on Saturday. Jakob Poeltl will be back, so Agbaji wouldn’t have started regardless. Gradey Dick and Ja’Kobe Walter will fill the reserve wing minutes with Agbaji unavailable.
