Kevin Durant stuffed the stat sheet on Monday with 27 points (10-of-21 FGs), five rebounds, five assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers against the Trail Blazers.
It wasn’t enough to get a win, but KD was able to have a solid night in this game. Unfortunately, it was their second straight loss in Portland. January was a better month for the Suns, but they are currently in 10th place in the West and hold the same record as the Kings and Warriors. Trade rumors have already starting swirling that KD could be moved, though there is no indication that a deal is imminent. Still trades develop quickly, especially right before the deadline, and two straight losses to the Blazers shouldn’t give the team confidence that they can win a championship. Durant will be elite no matter where he plays, so managers shouldn’t be too concerned.
