Bowling Green senior WR Scott Miller caught eight passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s 42-35 loss to Western Michigan.
Miller (5'11/186) notched a 76-yard touchdown grab with nine minutes to go before halftime, then came back around for an additional nine-yard scoring catch to open the fourth quarter. This huge performance marked his third game of double-digit catches combined with 100-plus receiving yards. He’ll bring a 42-640-6 receiving line into action against Ohio next Saturday. Miller has yet to register a 1,000-yard season, but will be in play for that mark at campaign’s end so long as he can more-or-less keep up his current rate of production.
