Jay Woodson was one of four golfers to open qualify for this week’s OHL Classic at Mayakoba.

Woodson turned in a 67 at Riviera Cancun Golf & Resorts to share third place with Efren Serna, Jr. Woodson will be making his second PGA TOUR start (MC, 2008 Wyndham Championship). He made news recently as the champion of the Big Break Invitational. Eric Dugas and Gerardo Ruiz co-medaled with 66s. Ruiz will be making his PGA TOUR debut. The field at El Camaleón Golf Club at Mayakoba Resort is now complete at 132.
