Rays acquired LHP Keyshawn Askew from the Mets for LHP Brooks Raley.
Askew was a 10th-round selection of the Mets in the 2021 MLB Draft and made it all the way to High-A last season. The 22-year-old southpaw projects as a reliever and is a worthwhile long-term gamble for the Rays.
