The Astros announced on Twitter that starter Scott Feldman has been activated from the disabled list and outfielder Alex Presley has been designated for assignment to make room on the roster.
Feldman, 32, has been out since late May after undergoing surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee. He made 10 starts prior, accruing a 4.80 ERA with a 37/14 K/BB ratio over 60 innings.
Presley, 29, has spent most of the year at Triple-A Fresno. He took only 13 plate appearances at the big league level, registering only three hits (all singles) and a walk.
