MLB announced this afternoon that Indians outfielder Michael Bourn was suspended one game and fined an undisclosed amount for making physical contact with home plate umpire Phil Cuzzi during Tuesday’s game.

Bourn was ejected Tuesday after confronting Cuzzi about balls and strikes. You can watch the incident here. You’ll notice that Indians manager Terry Francona wasn’t present to restrain Bourn. Well, there’s a good reason for that. He was using the bathroom:

No word on if he was using Instagram at the time.

Bourn has appealed his one-game suspension, so he remains in the lineup for tonight’s game against the Cubs.
