Journeyman infielder Ronny Cedeno has agreed to a minor-league contract with the Phillies, according to Ken Rosenthal of

Cedeno split last season between the Astros and Padres, hitting .242 with three homers and a .617 OPS in 89 games for a disappointing follow-up to a very solid 2012 season with the Mets.
