Braves outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr. made one of the best catches you’ll see this year, robbing J.D. Davis of a solo home run to lead off the top of the sixth inning Thursday night in Atlanta. Davis crushed a Josh Tomlin sinker out to left-center field. Acuña waited for what seemed like an eternity, then leaped to grab the ball just over the fence.
Unfortunately for the Braves, they were already trailing 9-2 at the time, in large part due to Pete Alonso and his five RBI.
