Zack Greinke won’t have a chance to extend his scoreless innings streak against the Mets, which seems like an easy task. But he has a good reason for it:
#Dodgers today recalled RHP Josh Ravin from Triple-A Oklahoma City and placed RHP Zack Greinke on the paternity list.

The paternity list thing allows the Dodgers to replace him for three days, after which he’ll presumably and, for the sake of an easy delivery of Greinke Jr., hopefully return.
That would put him on schedule to chase Orel Hershisher’s scoreless innings record against the A’s, at home, on Tuesday.
