Today marks the first day for NASCAR Cup and Xfinity competitors to drive on Texas Motor Speedway’s repaved and reconfigured track. Both Cup and Xfinity teams will get extra track time. The day concludes with Cup qualifying for Sunday’s race.

9:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. - Cup garage open
noon - 9 p.m. - Xfinity garage open
noon - 2:25 p.m. - Cup practice (Fox Sports 1)
2:30 - 3:55 p.m. - Xfinity practice (FS1)
5 - 5 :55 p.m. - Final Xfinity practice (FS1)
6:15 p.m. - Cup qualifying; three rounds/multi-car (FS1, PRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio)
