Brown, who spent most of the first three months of last season on the Nets’ injured list before being released, averaged 1.0 point in five exhibition games.

Brown averaged 4.8 points and 1.8 rebounds in six games during his first 10-day contract.

Now Antawn Jamison will have to sit out five games. Brown had played in 32 games in the NBDL, averaging 15.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists. ''He looks like Rip Hamilton,’' coach Eddie Jordan said. ''Hopefully, he can play like him.’'

Brown had scored three points in three games as a member of the Nets.

Brown had been on the injured list since the start of the season. He won’t get much playing time.

Brown averaged 3.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14 games.

Brown has averaged 4.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 12 games with the Wizards.
