Pasecniks and Jones will head to the Wizards’ G-League affiliate.

He’ll be with the team for their final preseason game, but he’ll be cut prior to the start of the season.

They needed to cut someone to make room for Deng Adel, so Jones gets the ax. He did have a few nice games for Cleveland when given the minutes, so Jones should be able to find another minimum level deal somewhere. He’s irrelevant in fantasy hoops, though.

The Cavs have been hampered by numerous injuries, as well as just bad performances on most nights. Clarkson is the team’s leading scorer and their only consistent contributor. It remains to be seen how much playing time a move to the starting lineup would add to his total, but Clarkson is still worth owning in most leagues moving forward, regardless.

Garbage time helped his playing time as he fell one point short of his career high. Jones could stay in the rotation if Rodney Hood (Achilles) is out, but he’s only worth a look in very deep leagues.

Jones is on a two-way deal with the team and was called into action due to quite a few injuries. He’s not worth owning in basically any league.

Jones spent time with the Mavs and Pelicans last season, while also spending time in the G-League. He’s not on the fantasy radar.

Neither of these guys were ever expected to make the team.

He was the 20th addition to the training camp roster, and never had a realistic chance of lasting beyond camp with so much depth at the forward spots in Boston.

Jones is the 20th and final man that will be added to the training camp roster, but with a wealth of talent at the forward positions in Boston, his chances of making the opening-night roster are slim to none.
