Aloe Blacc to perform National Anthem and halftime at Game 7

Aloe Blacc, better known as the guy who sang the “I’m the Man” song that was inescapable in Beats by Dre commercials a few years ago, will be prominently featured in Game 7 of the Finals. He’ll not only perform the national anthem before the game, but he’ll also provide the halftime entertainment, the NBA announced Sunday.

The NBA announced today that multi-platinum recording artist Aloe Blacc will perform the national anthem on Sunday, June 19, prior to the start of Game 7 of The Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The performance will air live from Oracle Arena during the game broadcast, which begins at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. In addition, Blacc will give a special halftime performance for the in-arena crowd.
