After missing Tuesday’s game against the Hawks with a hamstring issue, Andre Iguodala played in Thursday’s Warriors victory over the Thunder. However, he scored just two points in 14 minutes and looked visibly hobbled in that game. In a matchup with the Lakers on Sunday that should be a walkover, the Warriors are holding him out.

The Warriors have a pretty soft schedule coming up — their next matchup against another contender is March 19 in San Antonio. They will need as many healthy bodies as possible to make a statement in that game, so holding Iguodala out a few games in the meantime if he’s 50-50 is the smart play.
